There is this annoying shrimp in my art class who makes fun
of me and actually ate the dry macaroni I had to use for my
project!I can't stand the guy and yet he relentlessly mocks me!
I've made it clear to him that he is scum,and that I cannot
stand his prescence,and yet he continues!The idiot!GaaaH!
please help me not kill him,great guru!
P.S.I CANNOT IGNORE HIM!I"VE TRIED!

try talking to him about it
go to his house after school and punch him in the face.
that's all I got.
That last one is bad though, try to avoid that if possible

Growing up, i was the fat kid that everyone made fun of.......which is partly why i'm such a smart@$$ to this day LOL You need to elevate the level of irritation though.
DO NOT SAY
"Well you're stuff is crap"
"Did you're mom do this?"
Why? they lack that extra punch of humiliation....they may be decent...but you need to up the anty

"OK Bob Ross...since you're obviously an authority on all things art and have superior talent to anyone in this room, please tell me what i should have done to make my artwork more appealing to your all-seeing eyes"
Why? They are sharp and can easily bring in other insults that are completely unrelated. The longer and more elaborate....usually the better.
You also need to take into consideration....
1 year down the road....will you care? if the answer is no, then you prob shouldn't worry about it.

or explain to him that you really wish that he would leave you alone because you're mom is in the hospital from a car accident and she might not make it. And also that you'll have an emotional breakdown if he keeps bothering you. That'll make him feel really bad and he'll go away

yet again, my life motto comes into paly, which is. PEOPLE ARE STUPID. if you dont care about the person making remarks, it should bother you
if hes just annoying, which is what it seems like, then im with ghost...SMART @$$ REMARKS FTW! ive found that the more sarcastic and witty you are, the less likley it is for someone to insult you, however being witty is a naturlaborn things, it may take years of practice

Make fun of him back, thats what my mom did, and no one ever picked on her, so just make fun of him or shove him, tell the teacher, or use one of the other ideas mentioned

Go into his cabinet, and take out the sugar. You will then replace the sugar with Salt.
Don't get caught, because it's illegal to break into someone's house
