I'm having a delemma with my character

mainly because i don'thave a name and there are so many variables.
Like should i put on the robe to make him more mytserious?
Should i put the dragon in the front, on the shoulder, or in the back?
Should i change his dress(delemma because it's a dress on a guy, but it's a pretty badass dress)
Should i keep the gauntlent? Get two of them? Change the hand that the gauntlent is on?

so you see my delemma
all i'm asking is that you vote forwhat i should change

if youneed to see anything(dragon in different positions and such) then just ask to see that

Also put any ideas for names, i'm stuck on that
If you want to customize this character yourself then use this template sans the answers

Dragon:Front or shoulder
Gauntlent:Staff hand, Empty hand, or both hands
Robe:Yes or No
Boots:yes or No

what about the feet?
here's an edited version of my character(all variations will be shown with dress,face,hair, and wings)
1.

(dragon on shoulder)
2.

(dragon in front)
3.

(gauntlent on hand with staff)
4.

(gauntlent on hand not on staff)
5.

(both hands with gauntlents)
6.

(with robe)
7.

(with raptor fire boots)
