How do you make the text move from right to left?(like in rp credits) And can you do it in other directions?

when you click reply and start posting there are a bunch of buttons with smileys and other stuff above the text box. Highlight the words you want to scroll and click the button that says marquee as you hover over it. Im pretty sure it only scrolls right to left though
