Deleting un-used accounts

I was looking at the member lists and saw a couple accounts that were unactivated, and they weren't just then signed up they date back to Nov. with no posts or any activity. I think those kind of accounts should be deleted to make room.

but look at some of the people on today
some of them made one like 2 months ago then they just become actually active starting like 2 weeks ago
If you delete them and they come back, they'll be pissed

I think that if they have under 10 posts AND haven't posted in 6 months then they should get the boot.
