I think that if we allow no guests that will cut down on SOME of the flaming and spamming. Instead have the choices of Join, Register, or Tour Site. Just give them examples of what we do here. Then if they like the site they can join. That way we can easily figure out whose spamming. And another thing is we should limit ONE account per e-mail. That way when someone is banned we have that e-mail and we have the choice of letting them in or not.
Just some suggestions.

Hmm...not bad at all...
The closest we can get to "Tour Site" is to make it so that only members can post...

i can just go through and make every forum so only and i mean ONLY registered members can post. that may or may not help....simply makes them hve to register to spam and flame...but it always worth a shot...

Its not as hard as it is....time consuming....it would take a while but isn't all that difficult
