A BOSS HAS APPEARED!!

APPEARANCE
((Forgive me this is the best I could do with this at this time))
Vio has neatly combed hair resembling the look he has in the above picture. He wears black pants, a black shirt with a red under shirt resembling the one he's wearing in the picture. His eyes are a light shade of purple and usually has a more reserved serious look on his face. His shoes are black.
PERSONALITY
Vio is a extremely calm, cool, collected, laid back kind of guy. He is reserved at times and doesn’t always make people aware of what is truly on his mind. Despite being so reserved he is extremely intelligent with an IQ equally as high as Silvia’s. Despite him having an extremely high IQ, he doesn’t use it in the way Silvia does by inventing futuristic technology or helping advance the world. He loves the simple things in life above all else as he wishes for a laid back kind of life. Vio enjoys reading and doing activities to increase his IQ. Due to his special ability of seeing visions of the future, Vio is seen by many as prophetic. His visions appear at random time but there come to him allowing enough time for him to change the events of which have yet to come. Many tend to see him as a bearer of bad news but such is to be expected from someone with that kind of power. He enjoys helping others much like Silvia but due to his reserved nature, he’s not always the most expressive.
SPECIAL ATTACKS
Attack Name: PSI Shield
Description: Vio and his partner will be protected by a shield.
Effect: When this move is used Vio can create a barrier around him and his partner. This barrier will protect whoever is in it from all attack. When a attack is used on him when the shield is up, Vio will only receive half damage while the other half of the damage is dealt to the shield. When enough damage is dealt to the shield it will break leaving Vio vulnerable to attacks.
Attack Name: PSI Defense Up
Description: Vio uses PSI to up the defense of him and his partner.
Effect: Using PSI, Vio and his partner will begin to glow with a dazzling blue light upping both of their defenses simultaneously. The effect does not stack and will last for 3 posts. This is an assist move and can be used with a attacking move. Defense will be put at 1.5x.
Attack Name: PSI Freeze Ω
Description: Vio fires telekinetic energy at the foe to strike them down with explosive ice energy
Effect: If this attack hits it will do medium damage to the foe. There is also a chance that the target may become solidified.
Attack Name: PSI Thunder Ω
Description: Vio uses PSI to shoot down from the sky 4-5 bolts of lightning at the foe.
Effect: Using telekinetic powers, Vio makes 4-5 bolts of lightning fire at the enemy from above for medium damage. The shot won’t be fired until the previous shot disappears, however the bolts have homing and will lock onto the enemy’s position. If struck by the lightning there is a chance of paralysis. If the foe is paralyzed, they will be unable to do anything for their next turn.
Attack Name: PSI Fire Ω
Description: Vio fires telekinetic energy at the foe to strike them down with explosive fire energy
Effect: If this attack hits it will do medium damage to the foe. There is also a chance that the target may become solidified.
Attack Name: PSI Beam
Description: Vio uses PSI to fire a beam of telekinetic energy at the foe.
Effect: If this move hit it does medium damage.
Attack Name: Illusion
Description: Vio can make copies of himself to confuse enemies.
Effect: Using his psychic powers, Vio can make up to three of him to confuse enemies. When the illusions are out on the field they are able to attack just like the original. However if an illusion’s attack makes contact with the foe it will pass right through them. If an illusion is hit by an attack then that Vio will disappear. Only when the original Vio is struck is when all the illusions disappear.

ABILITIES
Ability Name: A Loyal Ally
Ability Description: None of Vio’s attacks will hurt his partner in battle.
Ability Effect: Any attack of Vio’s will cause absolutely no damage to his ally when in battle. This includes damage from his moves being countered at his ally or explosive contact from Vio’s moves.
Ability Name: Telepathy
Ability Description: Vio can speak or show visions through people’s minds.
Ability Effect: Since Vio has telepathy he can speak to people’s minds directly without saying a single word verbally to them. Because of his visions of the future he is also able to show visions to people’s minds as well.
Ability Name: Levitate
Ability Description: Vio can float through the air.
Ability Effect: Vio can float through the air.
Ability Name: Teleport
Ability Description: Vio is able to warp from place to place.
Ability Effect: Vio uses his psychic powers to warp from where he is currently standing to an area of his choosing instantaneously.
Ability Name: A Vision
Ability Description: Vio will get a vision to warn him of an enemies oncoming attack.
Ability Effect: Every 6th attack that is launched on Vio or his ally will cause Vio to see a vision of the future. By seeing this vision it will warn him about an on coming attack on him or an ally. If he is with an ally that is being attacked he will use telepathy to warn them they are about to be attack. By being warned by the oncoming attack Vio or his ally will always dodge that attack when it is used. If Vio is with an ally on the 6th attack and both of them are attacked, he will see a vision regarding him or his ally. However in this case, only one of the characters will be forewarned about an oncoming attack and not both.
The counter on the number of attacks is counter by turns, so every 6th turn that the foe attacks will trigger a vision. Turns will end when both sides attack.
Ability Name: Attack and Assist
Ability Description: Vio will be able to use an assist move and attack all in the same turn.
Ability Effect: This ability allows Vio to use any assist move while still being able to attack the same turn. Assist moves include healing, shields, buffs, and debuffs.
Ability Name: Sense
Ability Description: The ability to sense the energy of other foes from far away.
Ability Effect: This allows Dimentio to be able to sense the energy of a foe from far away. He can also use the ability to sense to see through illusion of copies by sensing the original’s energy signature.
Ability Name: Vio and Silvia Tag Team!
Ability Description: Vio will receive a boost in power when teamed up with Silvia in battle.
Ability Effect: When Vio is fighting side by side with Silvia, all of Vio’s attacks will do 1.25x damage.
FINAL SMASH
Final Smash: PSI Meteor Shower
FS Description: Meteors rain down on the battle field exploding upon impact with the foe.
FS Type: Explosive.
FS Effect: Vio uses his PSI to make mini meteors rain down from the sky and crash into the foe. When the meteors make contact with anything they will explode upon impact. The meteors come down together but they will hit one after another causing a powerful after blast with each one. One single meteor when it explodes creates as strong after blast but with the rapid succession of exploding meteors the explosive after blast becomes EXTREMELY powerful.
