New Justice Agent #13 Blue Alexander, was on a personal mission in search for his missing father without direct orders from New Justice, which makes him A.W.O.L. However, during his search he had received an invitation from an unknown source asking him to participate in a simulation. While he didn't have the time for this, this could be a possible way for him to hone his skills more in combat and maybe the person who sent him this invitation had some leads on his father. Whoever it was must have some interest in Blue. With that, Blue left his secret hideout hidden underneath his house on a motorcycle and drove off to the coordinates.
"Well, this must be it."Finally there, Blue parked his motorcycle nearby the entrance to what seemed to be a mysterious lab. Prepared for anything, Blue took out one of his guns just in case this so called invitation was some set up by a criminal gang or something as he walked up to the front door. He'd simply knock on the door with his gun in his back pouch, if anyone were to dare try anything funny, this'll be the day to remember not to try it.

A monitor screen started floating around the front door to greet the mysterious warrior. Immediately a shadowy figure appeared on the screen as it's voice was heard.
"So you accepted my challenge to take part in my intense battle simulation huh? It's certainly a good way to get stronger. I hope you're ready though.... it's only for the toughest of warriors. If you wish to challenge the best of the best, the follow the instructions on the screen now to direct yourself to the computer room where the battle simulator lies."
And with those words, on the screen appeared a detailed map of the entire laboratory and how to get to the computer room. The Lab was ENORMOUS and had wall to wall technology that were generations ahead of the current day and age. Suddenly the stranger came back on screen.
"Oh and just as a hint of warning. The laboratory is filled with all of my creations and experiments. If you mess with ANYTHING in this lab I will personally end your games on the spot. I am a genius with an above 300 IQ and I can assure you I have everything I need to instantly end you if you cause trouble. That being said if you're tough enough to take my challenge I recommend you come directly to the computer room. "
The monitor screen turned off and flew off into the scenery of the lab... There was gadgets and gizmos galore as far as the eye could see. This entire lab looked like something out of a science fiction movie. All this technology, everything you could ever want in terms of technology in the future was in this lab here and now. It was so futuristic it seemed completely unreal. But it was real.

"Riiiiiight...."After the mysterious individual finished speaking through the monitor and disappeared, Blue got a bit annoyed by the second explanation. Like why the hell does he wanna touch anything that he has little to no interest in compared to what they had to offer back at headquarters. He only showed up to take part in this simulation to get it over with so that he could continue on to find his father, but this seemed slightly interesting enough to pass time and hone his skills. With that, the electronic doors had opened and he entered inside the lab after reading the instructions on the map.
As he entered inside the hallway, all he saw was new technology he was unfamiliar with. He was impressed a bit, the scientists back at HQ would probably have a ball if they saw some of this stuff right now, but from what the owner said early he'd hate for them to pick a fighter with some stranger who barks a big game, then that would be trouble supposedly. After getting quick glances at some of the stuff here without TOUCHING them, he finally made his way to the computer room which obviously didn't come with a knob. Jokingly....
"Hey computer wiz, am I not suppose to touch the door either to my destination, cuz if not then there's not point in me being here."
He seriously had a thing against authority no matter where he was, always talking like they rule the damn world or something.

 Silvia had detected that this mysterious warrior had entered the room when she turned around with a grin on her face. Completely ignoring this man's wise remarks she spoke. "I welcome you warrior to my lab. I am the one who invited you here to take part in my battle simulation. This battle simulation is a creation of my very own in which I create simulations of some of the most powerful beings in the universe to fight warriors on my behalf. And so... I've called out to warriors far and wide... From all over this world to come here and challenge the best I have to offer. I want to meet the most powerful of warriors this world has to offer. Many will fall in battle... and some will take their name upon the status of Legend... But it all begins with a battle. A battle to the finish. Will you fall or will you succeed?"She let out a confident laugh. "My name is Silvia Hoshikawa, and I am the mastermind behind this laboratory! If you're here it must mean you're interested in my challenge. So.... shall I show you to the list of foes you could challenge?" |

[ BGM: What....? ] The mastermind had revealed herself to be a young girl, who seemed to not be trying to pull anything stupid which was good on his end enough to not make drastic measures. Blue simply lifted his eyebrow as she turned to him and smiled, not impressed and confused as to how the likes of her can "end people" but nonetheless he was indeed invited to take part in a challenge so that part was out of the way. While she started talking through her introduction Blue kinda pretended to listen for a bit while scratching his hair and digging in his ear with his right pinky. In his mind he really just wanted her to get on with it, and at this point he doubted she of all people knew anything about his father. Oh well he concluded, this battle simulation seemed to be worthwhile maybe, who knows. He returned his focus to her when she mentioned about the list of foes to challenge. "Uhhhh sure computer wiz after you." |

Silvia went to her computer as she started typing a mile a minute to bring up the simulation's boss database. Within seconds a list of every single boss popped up on her screen complete with full bios, where they originated from, their threat level in terms of power, and even a current up to date picture of the foe. Her computer was like a complete encyclopedia on everything that needed to be known about these bosses. "Well you seem eager to get started. This is the database for all the current bosses I have prepared for foes to fight in the battle simulation. I see you came alone... I can't tell if you're brave, super strong or just stupid" she said with a laugh jokingly. Despite being an 18 year old super brilliant scientist she had a good sense of humor at times. "Your battle will be one on one and you can choose any of the bosses on this screen. When you enter the simulation you will be put in the cyber space network which I call the simulation. The battle field is indestructible so no need to hold back. If you fall in battle or are unable to fight you will be ejected from the simulation and when you return here you will be in the condition you're in right now. Hence why it's called a simulation. You may feel the pain in battle but what goes in there is a virtual avatar of your being to fight foes with. So have no fear you can't die in there. Well then. Any questions before I set up the opponent of your choosing?"
Despite being so laid back Silvia was highly looking forward to a straight up fight for the ages. But she would be lying if she said she didn't care about whether she won or loss. She wanted to be victorious with her creations but wanted to see a fight non the less from some of the best warriors this planet had to offer. |

While the talkative apparent genius went to go set up the program, Blue basically sat down on the floor in thought of why his father decided to mysteriously disappear without any kind of notice. In a sense he kinda felt alone without his father with his mother dead and barely that many friends to hang around with, not that he cared anyways for friends except his former master Jonas. The only thing he had hoped was that he wasn't dead, last thing he needed was another parent dying on him since he doesn't really have any other blood relatives. He was determined to not give up however, his father is a legend anyways.
It was then that the girl started talking again in her usual paragraphs. He knew what a simulator was since they clearly use those back at headquarters, just as advanced as hers supposedly. He didn't really know how strong these simulated opponents would be, and from how she explained them, they may seem tough but its nothing Blue hasn't dealt with before despite not knowing who he'll be facing, and where the hell is she getting all this technology from?
So another question popped up and Blue shuck his head no, kinda getting bored a bit. He wasn't the greatest listener in class but he made it to the ranks in the New Justice military for a reason. However despite the mood he was in, he was looking forward to this simulation, seeming to be an upcoming challenge for him to show off his years of experience with his superhuman abilities and developed techniques. After carefully going through the selection of bosses and reading every detail....first of all who calls them bosses, this isn't a video game of some sorts.....is it? Anyways he picked....
"I'm gonna go with the masked dude here."

Silvia smiled. "So you want to faced the Masked Man huh? Very well! Let's get started shall we? Good Luck!"
With a few more presses of the button Silvia opened the network of the simulation causing Blue to digitally dematerilize into the simulation. It was completely safe though. It was no different then teleporting. You start in one spot and then end up in another when all is said in done. Inside the simulation was a huge battle arena that looked like it was within a stadium. There even appeared to be a seating area outside of the arena where people would sit to watch the fight. The terrain was your standard flat arena stage, nothing to much of note. Waiting at the far end of the arena was the Masked Man who looked on in complete silence.
