World of Hunters
MH1, MHFU, MH3U, MH4U
A land broken by ancient war between humans and dragons, what was once a flourishing world became a desolate wasteland of monsters and an unfamiliar land. But even still the land thrives, however while the land heals, the monsters continue to pose a threat to humanity. Hunters begin to appear, fighting back the monsters wherever they threaten humanity, allowing it to heal as well. Monsters continue to be a threat, but only when the strongest of their kind rear up and attack. It may be an infrequent thing, but the danger is still present.
Dundorma
Headquarters of the Hunter's Guild, the de facto military force of humanity, charged with managing the Hunters it trains in the idea of protecting humanity from the storm of monsters that lie outside the city walls. As the HQ of humanities government, many Elder Dragons frequently attack the city, but each and every time the city bands together with the Guild and fights back every onslaught. Though most of the nearby defense stations of the old war are destroyed, one remains intact, Castle Schrade. Entry is restricted at all times due to an overwhelming presence having taken up position there. All of Dundorma can feel bloodred eyes glaring at their impregnable city...
Moga Village
An oceanic village that makes it's living from the sea and the woods on the island the village is built beside. Sitting entirely on stilts over the shallows of the Moga island, Moga Village is rather quaint and quiet, with very little connection to the outside world besides the Argosy, a famous trade ship. Moga Woods is often a great point for beginning Hunters to learn the ropes of Hunting.
Pokke Village
Nestled along the lower slopes of a snowy region is Pokke Village. Though quite small, Pokke is an agricultural village that supplies many other settlements with it's earthen bounties. It is also close to Castle Schrade, hailing Southwest of both Dundorma and the Schrade region.
Castle Schrade
A formidable castle that was once used to protect Dundorma, now lay in utter ruins. The castle remains strong, due to being made from powerful material, but parts begin to crumble away beneath a stagnant purple cloud. Lately, the guild has sent hunters to scout the area, but none have returned...
