So, after discussing with KoD and Maxi on Facebook the following actions have been taken.
- KoD has been removed from Regular RPG Staff. He will no longer have any input on the running of the Main RP. If he posts anything in the RPG Staff that doesn't have anything to do with his new role you can feel free to ignore
- KoD has been given a unique group "RPG Boss Mode Staff" (name may change depending on KoD's approval) so that he can head up the Boss Battles subboard that will eventually be created.
- KoD will be only using Bosses that he has created or that Maelys and Maxi have released to him to use. If Maelys or Maxi wish to keep hold of any of the Bosses from the RP Main Storyline they are at full liberty to do so and they will be posting in the Boss Battle as that character for any and all instances unless they wish to hand that character over to KoD to use for the Boss Battles.
- KoD is at full liberty to app any and all additional bosses he wishes to use for the Boss Battles but they must be apped, and approved by Maxi and/or Maelys. Maxi and Maelys are at full liberty to deny an app based on the fact that they plan to app the boss for the main RP and wish to use the character themselves in the boss battles.
- Ghost maintains the right to add to KoD's Boss Mode Restrictions but probably won't do so unless there comes a need (whether real or perceived). Ghost will be looking to Maelys and Maxi to inform him if there is any Main Storyline interference coming from the Boss Battles or if KoD is using his powers inappropriately.
