A staff member has to do it. I'm not sure which ones can though, but I'm pretty sure Crazy Hands can.
Although... the fact that you would get banned from the cbox for no reason makes no sense.
However, me (along with several other staff members) are very sure that you are just another account created by a new member named "Brawlfan". Your spelling (''questens'') looks alot like the way he would spell.
The exess accounts he made have been deleted.
