Hello Im new to the Forum and well just one question how do I update avatars and Sigs?

Hello, it's good to meet you.
It's very simple, hit Profile on the top of the screen, a Profile screen will pop up. In that screen hit the "Modify Profile" link, and there you go, the options will be there.
