Personality: Jack is a incredibly hyperactive otaku, who often emulates a stereotypical shonen-type hero. He fealessly, and stubbornly, tries to help everyone he can, no matter how dangerous it may see, rather the person in question wants his help or not. While not by any means bad qualities, he takes them too far, to the point of having a deeply rooted Messiah Complex, believing it is his destiny to rid the world of all evil.
He is also a huge dork, loving to act overly theatrical, and egaging his opponents in playful banter. He also says Japanese words such as, "moe", "kawaii", and has a habit of refering to himself as, "Jake-sama" or when his ego is especially bloated, "Kami-sama". Although he is technically, "married" he still gets nervous around girls, something which he tries to cover up through awkward flirtation. He also is a lolicon.
History: I was a pretty normal guy, I enjoyed rpg's, LARPing, and cosplaying as much as any other otaku. I guess the only thing that seperated me from the rest of the massess is that... I felt.. empty I guess, liike I was destined for something more. That kinda ostracized me from my peers, no one wanted to hang out with the crazy guy who played super hero all the time, but I didn't really let that get to me, I didn't want to hang out with such lesser people anyway. But yeah, I thought I would live this hollow existence forever, until one night.
I was pulling an all nighter with my games, I was chillin' out relaxin' all cool, generally having a good time. Until I realized, I was out of Sunkist and Doritos!!! Not being able to have that, I decided to go to the convinience store near my apartment and get some more. Nothing went out of the ordinary until I was almost back home, I passed by an ally, and something drew my attention towards it. So I went down it, and saw a man it a nice suit and a fedora just standing at the end of it, facing a dead end. I was about to get his attention, when suddenly, a ball of light appeared before him, I watched in awe as the light became a portal, which the man was about to walk through, however suddenly, a demonized wolf jumped out of the shadows and attacked him! Not being able to ignore a person in need, I went to his aid, attackin the wolf-like creature with my plastic bag full of delicious soda. I managed to beat the beast off of the man... tragically... not before it ripped out his throat... Then the beast turned its attention toward me. It jumped me, and during the struggle, we fell through the portal, along with the newly corpsesified man. As we were falling through a strange, multi-colored tunnel, the man's ring started to glow, and the wolf demon was torn to shreds. And before me appeared this beautiful asian woman drapped in gold. I was shocked, and to make it even stranger, she was, almost giddy with excitement. Glomping me, she told me that she had been waiting a millenia to see me again, explaining that she was the Goddess of Fortune, Benzaiten, and that the man who had just died was called a Goldsmen, and organization of heroes who use her blessings to protect the worlds from demons, and that I was the reincarnation of their founder, and her lover. She then said that the man who died was going to save another world from chaos, and asked if I would be his proxy, which I energetically agreed to. She then gave the fallen man a kiss, causing his body to dissapate into dust, leaving only his ring, which she took, and then gently grabbed my left hand, asking if I would serve her until,"death do us part", which I meekly replied with a yes. She then slipped the ring on my left ring finger and gave me a passionate kiss, giving me her blessing,and then dissapearing as I finally reached the mysterious new world...

Weaknesses: He is incredibly weak, and his sword training is limited to what he learned from LARPing. He is incredibly dependant on his ring.
Fighting Style: He is mainly a close ranged fighter, but will use mid-ranged attacks, such as throwing his sword or rocks.

Description: Jack's "wedding ring" given to him by Benzaiten as a symbol of his position as her knight. With it, Jack can harness the power of his naturally high "luck" (luck being defined as the passive mystical energy possessed by all which alters the dimension around oneself in various degrees to have things go in, or against their favor) and channels it, allowing him to use magic like abilities. He can use the ring only 3 times a day (thread)(He regains one use of the ring every 12 posts in the main).

Detailed Description: Using the power of the ring, Jack can attack with a force that would do more more damage than what would be considered normal, or possible. For example, a strike which would normally barely parry a sword's blow would shatter the blade instead, or more extreme, a strike which would normally have no effect on a spell will somehow manage to disperse it.
Stat's Required to Use: 5 Luck and 1 use of the ring.
Name: Uncanny Dodge
Detailed Description: Using the power of his ring, Jack will miraculously avoid any and all attacks coming at him at the time he used this ability, as long as there is at least a 1% chance of doing so.
Stat's Required to Use: 7 Luck and 1 use of the ring.
Name: Boomerang
Detailed Description: Jack throws his bokken like a boomerang, and no matter if what, if it hits it's mark, if the target avoids it, or it is deflected, it always finds it's way back to his hand.
