Heishi instantly knelt down and coughed up blood with his sword rooted in the ground holding on to hit with both hands and his head facing the ground. " It was too early" Heishi knew that the use of his powers were being used way too early since he got came to earth. He knew that he couldn't use any spells so didn't even waist his time on them but he should have known that using the swords power would also have a effect on his now mortal body.

Heishi didn't know if he could win with just plain combat due to Nouri amazing agile movements. Heishi struggled to stand up by holding on to his sword and using it as a pole to stand up with. When Heishi finally stood up he legs felt weak and knew that his most of his energy had been drained by using his powers this early in his revival.

Never less Heishi still had a duel to finish and wasn't going to let his body make him quit.Heishi then pulled the sword from his back and looked at Nouri seeing that he caused some damage to him but at the cost of him using his powers this early in his revival. If Heishi couldn't use his powers then how would he hit him. This thought spun in Heishi's head and dance on his mind like a fat kid with candy. Heishi stood ready and once again lowered his knees and with both hands now on the hilt Heishi pointed his sword at Nouri after he wiped the blood from his mouth. This mortal life wasn't something that Heishi was used to but he had to get used to it in order to win.

"Hm.. a little sick I see." It seemed that was the case. It wasn't everyday someone doubled over and coughed up blood like that. Was the strain of fighting too much upon his body? Or was this an effect that came from the ability he had just used? Well, he would have to ask that question later.

A duel was a duel after all and it had to be finished no matter what the case was. But, he had an observation to explain as well so maybe that would give him time to recover. As I was saying, there is something odd about that sword of yours. I'm not sure how to say it but I can feel an odd presence within it."

The fingertips of his extended hand began to glisten and radiate with a strange white light, of similar appearance to the energy Heishi himself once used against his bullets. It was then that finally, he started to flex his hand a bit, in preparation for what could be his next move.

All that glitters, even the stars, all things precious, even life itself. I can take anything within the blink of an eye." then, he made a snatching motion towards his giant sword, an orb of light erupting from the tip of it and flowing right into his hand, just before disappearing.

"And just now, I snatched the power right out of your sword." He spoke with a cheerful grin. He looked jovial about it but, he wasn't joking at all. He really did pilfer the magic of that sword and took it into his own body. All power that radiated from that sword was now his to use.. but only for three minutes at best. It was a temporary advantage but, a sizable one nonetheless.

As Heishi realized that Nouri's finger tips began to glow with a white light almost as white as Heishi own energy source. Heishi felt uneasy about what was happening until he felt the power of his sword began to lift as if it was being stolen. " Gods power isn't to be played with and there will be a punishment for playing with gods power." Heishi spoke as if he was once again pure, a saint of such but has only been on earth for a short amount of time.

Heishi now knew that he was in trouble his sword's power was taken and probably about to be used against him but Heishi then remember that in order for the swords power to work is if Nouri spoke the words Heishi did be he used the power. If the words weren't spoken the Nouri would have taken the power of Heishi's sword for nothing.

Heishi then held his word up in the air pointing up toward the sky and then spun it cutting the wind around him just until he regained a rhythm back with the sword. Heishi then brought his sword down from pointing up in the sky and brought it down to his waist. Heishi then charged at Nouri not trying to give him any time to say the words needed to active the power that he had just taken. Heishi charged toward Nouri with his sword pointing at like a spear trying once again to take out Nouri's legs. Heishi was trying to stab right through Nouri's legs then pull his sword back only to cause blood to puke out.

Playing with God's powers huh? He would be lying if he said he found nothing about that statement amusing. But magic was magic and whether those powers weren't Heaven sent or not, he would worry about it after this little bout which, now he was going to try to end here and now. He given his opponent some time to recover as it was and from the looks of his blade spinning maneuvers, he was good to go. Likewise, Nouri was as ready as ready could be.

But, Heishi made the first move this time around, aiming to skewer his legs with his giant blade. It wasn't a promising mental picture but, he wouldn't be bringing it into reality. For now was the time to act and act quickly. For as soon as he got into range, Nouri leaped straight up into the air, not only dodging the thrust but putting himself in the perfect position to disarm him. For where do you think he would go if he just jumped up to dodge.

Straight down no doubt and with the full six foot length of that sword, there would be no time to withdraw the sword in time. The force of the landing would likely rip the sword out of his grip and down on the ground. Whats more is if he hit any sharp objects or nasty surprises underfoot, he had protection from his protective footwear and a perfect sense of balance in general. Nouri wouldn't move in anycase case and with his gun still in hand, trying to make him move wouldn't be in Heishi's best interest. That was if he could indeed bring himself down on the sword.

The battle was good indeed but Heishi forgot about the fact that he couldn't use magic like he planned to from the start. Heishi knew that it was over and with the power of his blade suck dry he couldn't use it even if he wanted to. Nouri was very talented and held the title of a king well and losing to him was worth it. As Nouri came down on top of Heishi's sword the force indeed knocked his beloved Cross Sword out of his hand and onto the ground. The sword seemed to fall in slow motion while Heishi looked at it but in reality there was nothing slow about it at all.

Heishi then fell on to his knees as soon as his sword hit the ground. "You've beaten me...I will honor the rules of the duel" Heishi then stood up proud of what has just been done and that he was know one step closer to get back into the gates of heaven. Heishi the picked up his sword that has been disarmed and placed it on to his back after he wiped it down with his fleshy mortal hands. After Heishi put his sword away Heishi then extended his hand toward Nouri an tried to shake it. If Nouri would shake Heishi's hands then the duel would be completed officially and he will be deemed the victor and be given the power to summon a angel in his time of need.

The angel would be Heishi and he would have to serve under Nouri for a while. This meant he would have to amuse him and even fight along side with him and if needed to be he would have to die for him. This would be the only way that Heishi would get back into heaven. Since Heishi was thrown out of Heaven because he was filled with greed he would now have to share his life under Nouri.

Ah, finally! It was about time too! Fights are good every now and then testing your strength was fun too. At least Nouri felt a bit more of an understanding of where he was now. After all, if he were to really to live up to his title, there were to be more battles along the way and more opportunities to improve.


This was only the first step. He was quite content and clearly in higher spirits as well. In fact, The King of Bandits wholeheartedly took hold of Heishi's hand and gave him quite a handshake. That very same handshake also restored the glow to Heishi's blade and thus, granted him back the powers it contained once again.

But the terms. Hm, what was it about those terms again? He took a moment to try and remember the whole segment on terms of dueling but, it just didn't ring a bell. A fact made clear by his rather blank expression "It was a good fight indeed! But... as to what you were saying before about the duel umm.. what were the terms again?"

Yes, he did indeed forget.

"Hahahaha" Heishi laughed as he seen as confused look across Nouri's face and showed that he really didn't know what he achieved. As Heishi regain his power back to his sword it felt like he was being whole once again. Heishi then let go of Nouri's hand an said a holy vow that would make Nouri his guarded soul until he his or Heishi's death. " I will now become your guardian angel and you are my guarded soul until one of are deaths". Heishi the placed his left hand on Nouri's head just after he put away his beloved Cross Sword and spoke these vow's. " Oh heavenly God I bestow my tarnished soul as a guardian to this young and bright once as his loyal Guardian angel until death forsaken one of us".

The hand that Heishi place upon of Nouri's head lit up with a enormous bright light that then created amazing force that blew up Heishi's bright Blondie hair and probably blew up Nouri's hair as well. The force covered them in a 5 foot radius and soon ended. " The words that must be said to summon me are called "Sich Sammeln". This spell can only be used once and since I'm the mortal world I can be only brought to you for 5 minutes. " Heishi already had knowledge of these type of spells from his teachers in heaven but forgot the words to use them and now is being used. This type of spell was called a Tarnished Soul meaning that a person that is promised to go to hell can summon a soul that has died already. "I can only be brought to you once a day and have all my powers and If I'm brought to you twice a day then I will have no powers to help you with." Now that Heishi felt he had told Nouri everything he needed to know about this spell he took his hand of his head and said. " Say the words that I have told you to say to summon me and the spell will be complete, I will be your Guardian Angel".

Again with the Heavenly Father stuff. Well, considering all he had seen so far in this world and others, perhaps their was some truth to it all. Or not! As far as he was concerned, this guy was still like two sandwiches short of a picnic basket but, at least he backed it up with fighting prowess and magic. It was still quite confusing though.

But that's why he had his handy dandy notebook in place to take down notes. Even in the face of bright and blinding lights and fancy flashes of light and powerful gusts of win, he was writing away, making sure to copy down all he heard (though the wind was making his writing a bit sloppy).

"Ok.. Mister Guardian Angel. I suppose I'll indulge you. Still seems a little silly but... I'll say it." So, taking one more glance at his notes, he placed his notebook back into his pocket and with a mighty tone, uttered the phrase that needed to be said! "Sick Sammeulins!?" That didn't come out right! But, it was clear to see he was joking on the matter. Why you ask? Because right after he said that, he couldn't help but throw his head back and let out a bellowing laugh. "Haha! Sorry, I'll say it properly but I have to ask. After I say the words, where are you going to go and can I communicate with you outside of the five minute mark?"

As what Heishi thought to be the words said he waited for him to be transported to Nouri. As Heishi waited he seen that Nouri was laughing and that this wasn't the words that Heishi told him to say. " OK I will automatically be place in front of you and for the communicating part you will have to be given a cross amulet which can only be form out of pure light so if you summon me three times then a Cross amulet will be formed out of the atoms that exist out of the light in the air." Heishi had knowledge of this type of magic but not as much as the heavens mages that study summoning supporting type magic. Heishi knew that he will be summoned in front of Nouri and that the communicating part had to be waited until Nouri was able to summon him more then three times.

"Alright I shall travel a distance from here and as soon as you say the spell I will be transported to you no matter where I am" Heishi then spoke out "Jigoku Hikari" once more then gained unbelievable speed and ran as far as he could without stopping. Heishi began running throughout the nearby town and over cars but if he stopped running he would then have to revert the swords power back to it but know he was waiting for Nouri to speak the words told to him.

Alright. He had to agree that what was relatively simple for the most part. But now he had to test out this little spell. So, with post haste, he once again retrieved his notebook and took a few quick glances over his notes just to be certain of this words of his. " "Alright. Here I go I guess." He coughed and cleared his throat just a bit and then he spoke. "Sich Sammeln" and from there, he waited.

As what looked like to be southern japan or just a strange part in the city that was covered with the chines arts. Heishi couldn't tell at the speed he was going until he glowed white, a bright white indeed. Heishi then was placed back at the graveyard in front on Nouri with his back facing him.
"The spell is complete now it has been judged I'm your Guardian angel"
