New Policy Regarding Canons

Any and all villainous Canon characters are now reserved for story purposes by RP staff. Minor villain characters may be used with Staff permission. In some cases, however, using a villain character in this way may come with the precondition that the RPer must obey orders from RP staff on how the character is to be used. Please note this only applies to CANONS, not original villains.
