Personality: Roland, despite his rather well kept and gentlemanly appearance isn't quite a gentleman nor is he one to dance around a subject. He is blunt, hard to approach, and gives off a rather forceful vibe. He doesn't speak much about his past nor does he give the impression he cares about others. In a fight, though he is gifted with finesse and dexterity, he fights like a common street rat and with the fury and aggressiveness of a barbarian.
However, he has some merits. He is a bit smarter then he looks and though he isn't much of a talker, he possesses astute logical reasoning he will use when he must. He also has a sense of justice in that he doesn't like to involve others in his own problems and will stand up to things he doesn't like the looks of. If he could soften up a bit, he could even make a friend or two... but who knows?

Description: An elegant, nameless sword he wields when the time comes to enact swordsmanship. It is a very fast-paced weapon, in which one could use quick footwork and cutting with the side of the blade to keep enemies on their toes. While he is capable of using the refined style that is fencing, he seems to enjoy fighting like a commoner and using the more "historically accurate" style of combat with the Rapier.

Its even thin enough to slip past openings in a knight's armor.
