Yayzorz! I got FFXIII, finally! And my opinion? Beautifully gorgeous, entising characters, spectacular and challenging battle system, a rich story, but as so many have said, the game kinda just drives itself most for the first and second chapters. Yeah, it's linear, but I can live with that. I give it a 9/10  BTW, Vanille doesn't get on my nerves, I actually enjoy here a lot. Snow really gets on my nerves with all of his "Serah!" and "Protect Cocoon!", and Hope's just a whiner from what I've seen. >.< Sazh and Lightning are epic shit though. |

I agree with Cell, this is game is delicious; I'm enjoying this game more than XII. Since I have the 360 version the graphics aren't as sharp or crisp as the PS3 version but it is not hindering my ability to enjoy this game. I just got to Chapter 2, and I'm really hating Hope. I understand his situation but he does not have to mop like that. I am impartial towards Snow, the whole "IMMA FREAKN HERO" stunt is going old but eh I'll give him...and Hope another shot. My favourite characters so far are Vanille and Sazh with Lightning coming at third. |

snow is epic. No other character in the game snuffs(punches) you in the face. Hes seriously a tank, because he provokes and guards or snuffs you in the face. Even his magic attack is a snuff. Snow is epic, and how would you feel if your bride to be died and you couldnt do anything about it, Speaking of which, lightning isnt epic, shes a dumb bitch and hope is a whiny bitch. Vanille is sexy but she has the voice of an australian peach and sazh is just a stereotypical black guy so I love him  The game is great so far, im on chap 6. The fact that this has managed to have me play more than Mw2 really means something. Its a good game but I guess since im playing too much, the pace just seems fast. I do understand the story but it just seems to be going to fast. If I played the game at a slower pace, all of the vistas and new levels wouldve thrilled me, But I just see it as another level I beat within the day. The past sequences also feel a little rushed, I feel as if Im just seeing his past, but not actually making a connection with the cahracters(except snow). oh and the best line in the game is: Vanille" Even though your L'cie, your still a daddy! I XD'd at that because a lot of black people these days abandon their kids and it just made it seem like sazh left his kid and he was as dead beat baby daddy. |

Earlier this day, I finally finished Chapter 4 and Disc 1. So now I am on Chapter 5. I must Lightning's Eidolen Odin was a bitch to fight. I died 4-5 times on him. Hope either kept dying or I ran out of time C__C. I'm also beginning to like Hope a little bit because he is now manning up. Let's hope he keeps this up. But my favourites are still Vanille and Sazh, with Lightning coming in at third. Also Sour, how is Sazh a stereotypical black man? 'Cause he has an afro? Ish berry confuzed. |

I`m taking my time and taking it all in. ts a pretty great game, and yes it does pown XII, especially Revenant Wings for the DS. BTW, I dont see how you can get any lower than 4 stars when completing the battle. The battle points system is meh, too easy. The thing at the start was a bit tricky, but thats because its a mini boss thrown at you at the very beginning. The Beta Behemoth was pretty much cake. Yum! Gone way too fast to be even moderately tricky. My favorites so far are Snow and Lightning. Light`s got a sword, and Snow`s so uber, I havent died using him at all..... yet. |

How far are you in the game? At first the game gives the illusion that it is easy but soon you'll realize that it's frickn' hard...at least for me. In the beginning I was pretty much getting 4 and 5 stars, but now I rarely get that. |

kunekune I dont think the difficulty is adjusted at all for each version. If so, then im buying the japanese version of FF because this is a little easy, I must admit. I expected the game to be hard. The bosses I ALWAYS get 5 stars on even though the normal battles are meh, and as I said before, the story goes too fast. Also TL, Sazh has an afro, a kid that hes not with and guns. Thats the typical black guy. So now kunekunes post has changed my mind. I do think this game is too easy and they made it easier for the US. I hope its like demon souls and gives you the harder diffuculty after you beat it the first time. |
