I. Personal Overview
Name: Layle
Nickname/Alias: Crystal Bearer
Gender: Male
Physical Age: 21
Date of Birth/Creation: unclear
Race: Clavat (human)
Height: about 6'
Weight: 198lbs
Birth Place: Unclear
Originating Game: Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Crystal Bearers
Appearance:
Personality: Layle is seemingly easy-going in everything he does and hates any kind of boring job- his worst fear is having nothing to do. Easily excited and always up for a fight, Layle likes being a person that can be relied on. He dislikes dishonest people and uncertainty, however he rarely looks to the future anyway. Quite often he does irrational, spontaneous actions that make those around him confused or angry, as he does them without warning. Quite commonly, Layle will not introduce himself or say any more than necessary if speaking with someone he doesn't know.
History: Little is actually known about Layle before his sudden appearance in the world as a major bounty hunter, much to the chagrin off major bounty hunters, who felt he was muscling them out. However, higher up bounty hunters cared little for his interference, as he has yet to gain the popularity or notoriety to attain the large-scale jobs that they do. In fact, he's known for taking little jobs and damn near anything if it pays well enough.
But to be honest no one is really sure where Layle came from, or why he is here. It is confirmed that he is from the Lility kingdom, possibly from the Tipa peninsula, but once again this is all unconfirmed.
Prior to his emergence as a bounty hunter, he found himself paired with Blaze, another crystal bearer who taught him how to use his powers. However, Blaze was far too violent for Layle and he abandoned him in favor of his former partner Keiss, who had little by way of power. With this partnership Layle managed a great many jobs, but now works solo again for reasons unknown.

B. Weapons and Key Items
Name: Layle's coat
Description: A white coat Layle wears. While the chainmail is only visible in the shoulders, it actually runs the length of the sleeves and even across the back, giving him added protection.
Stats Required to Use: none
C. Abilities
Name: Unnatural toughness
Activation: when damaged
Detailed Description: As a crystal bearer, Layle is more resistant to all forms of damage than a normal human.
Stat's Required to Use: 2 Physical
Name: I reject
Activation: At will
Detailed Description: Layle creates a barrier that protects him from harm. Anything that contacts this barrier is forced backwards.
Stat's Required to Use: 2 MAG to put the barrier up, 5 MAG to push anything away.
Name: Gravity thread
Activation: When near an object such as a pillar or when looking up at a ledge
Detailed Description: Layle places a point at the edge of an object, creates a thread connecting to it, and retracts the thread, drawing him upward.
Stat's Required to Use: 4 MAG to activate, 2 MAG for every foot traveled upward
Name: Gravity lift
Activation: At will
Detailed Description: Layle can stop himself from falling by creating a pull on himself going both up and down, stopping or slowing his fall considerably. If he is distracted or injured while doing this, the ability cuts out and he falls.
Stat's Required to Use: 1 MAG, doubles each post that begins with the ability active
Name: Updraft
Activation: At will
Detailed Description: Layle creates a small "explosion" of force upward around him, sending him and any objects around him up. It is possible for him to angle it, if he is looking to make a leap.
Stat's Required to Use: 5 MAG
Name: Bearer Power
Activation: At will
Detailed Description: Layle may at any time grab any object he has a direct line of sight to (or if the object is hidden by something less than an inch thick he can simply grab it on memory if he knows where it is) and bring it over to him, causing it to hover above his head for a short while. He can pick up items, creatures, even players this way, and throw them at his opponents offensively or carry objects of any weight freely. If he picked up something alive, it may still move and even attack him but will not fall from it's hovering position until they break free. When Layle grabs a character, a large purple sphere of energy will appear around them, giving them a split second to dodge before they are lifted. This ability can also be resisted by characters with high agility (they will simply jump over him) or characters with a high magical resistance. Layle's powers are based on two things: size and distance. As long as the object is small and close to him, Layle can lift as many objects as he'd like. If his concentration is broken at any time, the objects held will fall. Despite the fact that the objects held have a weight limit and distance limit, if Layle is close enough to an object out of his league to hold (such as on or under it) he can prolong its fall almost indefinitely.
Stat's Required to Use: 1 MAG if the object is less than half Layle's mass and within 5 feet. 3 MAG if the object is higher than half but no higher than his own mass and within 5 feet. 5 MAG if the object is withing 5 feet and higher than his own mass but lower than twice his mass. 10 MAG if the object is within 5 feet and higher than twice his mass but lower than 4 times his own mass. If the objects are outside of 5 feet but inside of 10 feet, then all costs double. If the object is outside 10 feet but within 15 feet, then all costs triple. If the object is outside 15 feet but within 20 feet, it will be completely touch-and-go on whether he can lift the object at all, but instead simply create small tugging feelings on them or move them only a few inches. If the object is outside of 20 feet he can not grab it.
D. Attacks
Final Smash/Limit Break
Name: One Winged Angel
Detailed Description: The crystals grant Layle a vast amount of power, far beyond his former abilities. In this form, Layle is able to create a "crystal board" which he can then use to fly vast distances. A great deal more of his body crystallizes as well, and every bit of his crystallized body is used when he attacks. As such, the costs of all his abilities are reduced to a mere fourth of what they once were.
Every post made while in this form counts as an extension of the first post and does not count towards post number, experience gained, nor smash coins earned. Stats do not regenerate. This form ends when Layle's MAG stat reaches zero or if 10 posts is reached, whichever comes first.
