I was at a couple parties over the break, played the game mafia. for those who dont know what it is, this is a wikipedia description:

Mafia (also known as Werewolf or Assassin) is a party game modeling a battle between an informed minority and an uninformed majority. Players are secretly assigned roles: either "mafia", who know each other; or "townspeople", who know only the number of mafia amongst them. During the night phase of the game, the Mafia choose an innocent to kill. During the day phase, all players debate the identities of the Mafia and vote to kill someone whom the majority suspect. Players are eliminated until either all mafia are killed or the mafia outnumber the innocents. Mafia is rarely played in groups of fewer than five, and must always start with more innocents than mafia.

so anyone interested in playing? I would be the narrator first round, and depending on how many people play, we could have a few different roles aside from just mafia/doctor/investigator/townspeople. Oh, and the titles would be video game themed, but pretty much would be the normal way to play.

I'm guessing that this is what you are talking about. This would probably be better in thread games though, since it isn't actually meant to be a role play. I also think that this was played on the site before, but I'm not sure. Anyway, try this on the thread games.

i took that description from Wikipedia, but your links give better descriptions...so if anyone want s to move this to thread games, please do so, i dont have the power.
