Though Gavin's intent was good at heart, Nouri was too flustered to appreciate it. He was just far too angry with the whole scenario that was going down. They had that guy completely surrounded and they were about to run him clear through! He honestly had no idea of the events that happened before hand and thus, he had no clue on why they would suddenly come at the giant fellow with such intent. Hm.. maybe it was because he was so tall.. and if that was the case, it was unforgivable! After Gavin had said his little piece, The furious little rogue gave him a rather forceful shove to the chest with his right hand and glared right back at him.
"WHY THE HELL DID YOU TAKE ME OUT OF THE FIGHT?!?!" his fated blade had ejected right out from his left sheave and he readied himself to actually jump back into that crowd and fight. It was a very rash and hotheaded move, especially for a rogue to make. There was no way that he could really take on a group of trained fighters like this, even with a bit of help. The smarter idea would be to approach in a calmer manner and try to stop the fight or stall it. Nouri still had much to learn.. but that was for another time. "I'M NOT GOING TO STAND BACK LIKE A COWARD AND LET THEM HAVE THEIR WAY WITH THE TALL GUY SO EITHER HELP ME OR MOVE ASIDE!" and with that, he rushed headlong into danger and directly towards the crowd gathered around the large and bulky guy.

Ai witnessed the scene within it's full. Gavin just picked up Nouri and rushes them to safety. She knew that evading the law would just bring them into more trouble later. After hearing some argumentation, she watched from afar as Nouri left Gavin's side and rushed straight into battle.
The crowd was about to be dispatched by the Village Leader (OOC:Who as been ignored the past 9 posts >_<) He entered the group of guards and dispersed them swiftly. Ai didn't realize he had such authority over the guards, being able to dispatch a large group against someone who commenced such an act of violence. Nevertheless, she heard one thing. "And you sir, I'm impressed with your skills, would you like to join our monthly competition?" Ai didn't hear his response, as Nouri distracted her. She reacted quickly, meeting up with him for the first time in ages. Although, she thought about it. Maybe he was trying to prove something. So, she decided to talk to him, instead of stopping him or joining him. She stuck out her arm, hoping to catch on to his shoulder and spin him around, cartoon style. Maybe she should trip him, but she decided against this, still waiting with her elbow out.

Well, now that the chaos was settled, Gavin went off again. He thought that that figure in the woods looked like Armani. So he headed to the gate. As he got there, he noticed the figure again, only, it was moving. [ ] [forest edge] ? ? ?: "So Gavin thinks he can find me. Persistant bastard. Well, maybe attacking his girlfriend will get him off my case for awhile." And the mans right arm began glowing red as he raised it at a 45 degree angle up, pointing with his pointer finger. Armani: "V-Meteor should finish her off." With that, he threw down his arm..... [town village] A great ball of fire streaked down towards the crowd of people, directly at two individuals in particular.....

Well there you go. They all dispersed, and rightfully so. He hadn't assumed they would actually fight him, but he figured at the very least they would get rowdy. He had no doubt that a faceless giant like himself intimidated people (or even excited some, he was sure) when he suddenly tromped in, but he was glad to see he needed little more to prove himself than words and exaggerated gestures. That was good, at least.
Turning his entire body to face the elder, K-55 relaxed his myomer muscles, allowing the handle to his weapon to slid back into place in his arm, out of sight and out of mind. When his head reached the point where it would be facing the elder (that is, if it had one) he inclined it, more out of formality than respect. He understood that humans (as well as humanoids) much preferred this, him facing them, that is. It unnerved them out when he talked to them or responded to them with his head facing another direction and his body facing towards them. He didn't mind it, personally- he had three-hundred-sixty-degree vision, so direction mattered little to him. However, they didn't, or so he had come to understand.
Raising his head from its inclination, K-55 considered what the elder had said to the other person. A monthly competition? That sounded worthy of his attention. The chance to fight with any capable warrior never escaped the Marauder if he could help it, and this would be no exception. Hopefully they would adhere to a more clan-like rule set, and such a ruckus would not be raised when he broke the opponent's bones in order to win.
He doubted it.

Had he really lost himself within a fit of rage so quickly?!?! Oh why oh why did it have to be so?!?! He seemed to be such a nice kid just a little while back! Sure, maybe he was a little ditsy and prone to spacing out that critical times.. but who would have thought he get even more uncouth and reckless? Rushing head long towards the dispersed crowd of non-dangerous folks, a mysterious new challenger appeared before him. He or she stood with a single arm outstretched before him but, it didn't seem that Nouri had enough blood within the brain to really take notice. Frankly, from the looks of things, he was going to break right through this one.
With a few quick steps forward, he was right upon the obstruction in his path and with his weapon poised for a strike, he would make quick work of his foe indeed. He quickly dipped low, as if he were preparing to cleave the person in twine.. but he didn't. Something did indeed happen but it was something that would not be suspected at all. Nouri was back to his normal looks and general attitude and he was quietly and contently crouched down at what clearly was.. a young girls knees. Nostalgia quickly set in with this pair of legs and the skirt the lass was wearing looked very familiar as well. Who could it be? It couldn't be "her" now could it? Well, just to be sure..
~Swish~
And with the wave of his hand, her skirt flew right up, bringing into view a pair of remarkably unremarkable pink panties. Nouri studied them with a rather quizzical look upon his face.. and even took the liberty of holding her skirt up for his own convenience. "These are pretty average under roos so.. I'm certain of two critical points. The first being that this is Ai herself. Hello, how are you by the way. Second is that I believe I'm about to catch a beatdown.. if she can catch me that is!" He wasn't exactly a pervert so to say but.. he did enjoy irritating people like Ai in numerous manners, this just being one of them. Still, he could manage to retain enough feeling in his face after this ordeal, he would be able to relay that he was more then happy to see both she and Gavin... if she really didn't destroy him here and now that is..

From Ai's expression, you could say a number of things. She was shocked, confused, embarrassed, and most noticeably angered. Her hands rushed her skirt downward, covering her fully again. Now you could see the rage in her eyes, she was literally flaming. She didn't care right now, she was pissed. "Hi? Y-you ju- GAH!" She pulled out her arrow within a second and shot as many arrows as her cross allowed her. "I'LL MURDER YOU! WIPE THAT GRIN OFF YOUR FACE!" She yelled as she shot what looked like hundreds of arrows, while chasing after Nouri.
She managed to swipe his gun, and with that, she shot many times along the floor. It was right under Nouri, so they were more like warning shots rather than actual damaging attacks. Her hair went up like snakes. Firing more and more, all he could do was run. She assumed it was because she was a girl. That pissed her off more, so she angled his gun up slightly higher. She was about to shoot his leg, at least.
But just before she did that, the Village's leader shot up into the air. Out of nowhere, she saw why. There was a medium sized meteor headed toward the village. Without missing a beat, the Leader deflected the shot and he landed in front of Nouri. Ai was alert now, was someone attacking the village? No, that was practicly suicide. It's a village full of trained warriors, nobody would be stupid enough to do that. *COUGH* Ai forgot all about her anger in the midst of it all. And as Nouri stopped to approach the Village Leader, Ai slipped his gun back into place. But with his distraction, she delivered a swift kick into his private areas. In this one kick, she amplified it with her Hirenkyaku, making it twice as fast as any regular kick to the nuts. Luckily, the Leader didn't notice, it'd probably compromise her current respect level.

[Gavin]
Gavin: "Huh?"
Gavin looked up and saw the Leader on the air punching a meteor away from the village.
Gavin: "That was definitely Armani."
Gavin thought for a few moments.
Gavin: "If he thinks he can hide, i will find him."
[Armani]
Armani had watched the blasted warrior, probably leader, considering he had just stopped an enormous fight, stop his meteor. That was all he saw, for he was running for the village. As he reached the gate, he memorized the look of the guard on the ground who had stopped writhing and lay still. Once he was out of visual range of the other gard, he changed his image. A second ago he had black and purple robes with long purple glove on, whereas, now he looked exacly like the guard on the ground back at the entrance.

And... there goes the peace. That's cool.
K-55 turned slowly, his reactions seeming dulled to those around him but his wide range of vision catching every moment of what had just occurred. The young man seemed like something of an idiot, but any method of identification was better than none, the machine guessed. And if he could tell who it was simply by lifting the skirt then maybe he was quite clever as well. Or maybe there was something unique about this girl in particular?
K-55 would have filed it with "investigate further" if he hadn't lost interest. Such problems were easily solved in the grand scheme of things, and he preferred a bit of challenge with his head games. Oh, here was one:
Who was attacking the village and why?
It could have a simple solution. Or maybe a complicated one. Or maybe not "or" but "and?" Oho, maybe.
The thrill of the unknown swept over K-55, the only visible change being a "shiver" running up his myomer muscles and five squares arranging across his visible HUD, all red. As the shiver finally met with his synthetic brain, the lights turned a soft blue, reacting to his excitement. Oh, but what would happen next? He was dying to see.
Beginning his stomping march towards what he supposed would be the first step in finding combatants, the massive Marauder took himself towards the village's gate, his body poised and ready for battle and his excitement very visible in the twitching motions of the muscles beneath his armor.

The sound of nature was calling throughout this land. Birds chirping, squirrels playing and the many different insects were hard at work. However what was Amerial doing here? She honestly had no idea. She was bored to be honest. Her journey lead her far and wide across many different lands but she never really had a destination. Her hands grazed across her chin as she walked up the beaten path. Thoughts ran through her mind like a group of cattle running across an open field. It was about time for her to stop for a rest. To her surprise, she was actually nearing some sort of village in the distance. With a bright smile on her face, her tiny legs picked up the pace, quickly closing in on her newfound destination.
As she neared the gates she couldn't help but notice how primitive they looked. The gates and the fence were made out of sharpened logs, which looked sturdy but very old. The gate was surprisingly open but two men were guarding it and one was unconscious. From the look on his face he was in a bad mood. Amerial's heart wanted to close up and hide but she proceeded toward the gate. She began to run over to the man to see what she could do but her path was stopped by the second guard of the gate. "Halt" He said as he as he pointed his spear at Amerial. His eyes quickly glanced over the girl and with disgust of the situation, he looked up at the sky and scuffed.
"First we had a women, a robot, some pretty boy and now a little girl. This has been one strange freaking day" Amerial could sense that the man was a little annoyed with her. Nervousness was creeping up her spine but she decided to speak a few words. "Umm... ple... pleasure to meet you. My name is Amerial" Her words were quiet but the man heard her as clear as day. He sighed a little and held his weapon vertically with the base of the spear touching the ground. "Go home little girl, this is a place for warriors and real men" Amerial hands were crossed in front of her. She stared at the ground swaying back and forth not knowing what to say or what to do in this situation. She was about to look into his eyes when suddenly a sharp noise in the distance, like something was breaking. The guard looked away for a brief moment. Amerial was nervous but she saw this as her only chance to escape. She quickly ducked down and crawled between his legs. With much haste she ran toward and through the gate.
"Hey, get back here!!!" The man yelled as he chased after her. Without thinking of the consequences she fired an icy projectile at the ground in front of the guard, covering it was a tiny sheet of ice. The guard slipped and fell right on his back. As he rolled on the ground holding his head, Amerial continued to run. She stopped for a moment and turned toward the man to say some brief words. " I'm sorry. I'll make it up to you later, I promise." AS her words settled in the mind of the guard, she continued her path and ran deeper into the village.

"Ohhhh!... ouch.. ohh.. owwwies.. ahhh... nunnngh!" a low moan was all he could manage after such a humiliating defeat. He was chased around, shot at with arrows and to top it all of, shot at with his own gun What's more, The "Twig and Berries" had met with a kick so quick, he couldn't even perceive it. The pain was indescribably terrible as well. A dull ache mixed with a piercing pain, mixed with a feeling of intense nausea... oh he felt like he could hurl all over the place but.. no! He could not as that would mean Ai would have won this round. He just up and decided would just stand solemnly for a few moments, his legs tightly crossed over one another and his eyes tearing up so much. "Ohhhh!... ouch.. ohh.. owwwies.. ahhh... nunnngh. It's official.. I have.. officially run out of ways to say "ouch"

Ah, the relief of payback. It felt nice, she felt he got what he deserved. Although it might've been a little harsh, it didn't matter at the time. She relieved her burning anger. It was pleasing. Not to mention a bit interesting to see all those ways to say "ouch" she actually made a grown man say "owwies" Although, it was spur of the moment. She cursed herself, being overcome with such thoughts.
Seems like the village leader had a fascinating day today. Breaking up a fight, all those new faces, and deflecting a meteor. All on the day of the tournament. Just as she thought that, he noted it to Nouri. She guessed he hadn't heard yet. He gave him the whole miff about the fighting and junk. Ai zoned out, because she'd heard it all before. If anything, this wasn't such a good time. Nouri was on the floor, writhing in pain. I doubt he could hear much. So, the leader called for a stretcher, he finally noticed him on the floor like that. As a closing, he said "Don't worry, we have some of the best clerics around, you'll be fine for the tournament!" Either this was him assuming he wanted in, or him confirming it against his thoughts.

[Gavin]
Gavin realized that the tournament Ai and the Leader were talking about was drawing near. I had better sign up, he thought. With that, Gavin wandered around till he found a great big arena that looked slightly beat up. In front was a crowd of people. Gavin walked over to the crowd, assuming the arena was where the tourney was.
[Armani: Guard disguise]
He walked up to the girl in white, the leader, and the man in yellow. He overheard them talking of a tournament. They payed him no mind, for the fact that he looked like everyone else. So, a tournament, eh, he thought, this will be fun. He went around the town, finally finding a huge arena, and went towards it to sign up.

The heavy machine stomped to the gate, his excitement already fading when a second attack didn't come. His march came to an abrupt stop just short of the main gate, giving him the visage of a silent guardian, a watchful protector. But nothing occurred. No one was here. No one was fighting.
Oh, but who had been? Had they switched to more subtle measures? The thought intrigued K-55, almost as much as the initial combat had. Perhaps they were here after a target? Perhaps the target was in the tournament? Perhaps this "other" was joining to fight the target? Or was it that the Marauder simply wanted an excuse to join himself?
"Hum. Maybe. Maybe not. Probably, though." He thought out loud, and he knew he did, but honestly he didn't care too terribly much. Either way, there was a tournament and he had nothing better to do with his time.
Venting his cooling systems and letting out a soft sound of wind rushing to accompany the green plumes that bellowed from his vents, K-55 turned to the elder, with every intent of asking him how to join.

Amerial's path lead her to a tiny cluster of huts deep within this primitive village. She carefully hid her presence since she sorta "Welcomed" herself in. It wasn't like she was trying to steal anything, all she wanted was a place to rest and perhaps get some food. However it might have been a good idea to explain that to the guard. Well it was too late now.. She explored the village by hiding from post to post, being very careful not to be seen by anyone. After about 20 minutes, she came across an empty hut that seemed to be unoccupied. Since curiosity is a girl's best friend, she casually walked in to investigate.
There wasn't much here to look at. A little bed, window and a tiny little dresser for small personal belongings but she didn't let her curiosity go that far. She didn't want to see any underwear. However she did find a small opening that looked like a door but it didn't have any handle and it was almost invisible, like they were trying to leave it hidden. Her little hands pushed against the door but she was too weak to open it. She stomped her foot out of aggravation and took a few steps back. Her elbow was positioned in the front position and she counted down. " 1........ 2........ 3...!!!" She ran toward the door and slammed into to it, opening it and revealing its contents. As she lifted herself too look through the hidden room and when she did, a huge smile cam across her face. It wasn't treasure, it wasn't jewelery but it was food and lots of it!!! Amerial common sense and manners were completely forgotten for a few minutes. Her tiny mouth ate as much food as she could take. However the tiny hut was soon filled with nothing but the snores of one happy, well fed sleeping girl.

Being pulled away to the clutches of the people to treat his injured lower body.. oh the humanity! But, was it really so bad? This was pretty much free medical treatment as far as he was concerned and the weird, Mufasa looking dude that called out to him seemed nice enough. Oh but wait.. what was those that he said as Nouri was being carried away...?
"Don't worry, we have some of the best clerics around, you'll be fine for the tournament!"
Ah, yes! fine medical care indeed! Everyone loves clerics with their healing powers and calling your spirit back to your body if you die, and... Wait a second, tournament? Thinking about something like that was groan inducing for him. Competitions like this weren't very interesting at all. Getting needlessly injured for what? Some souped up cash prize and or other interesting trinkets?
Oh wait.. nevermind. That's actually interesting! But for now, he would let the people treat his wounds and what not. Better to walk around in full health then to move about with a bruised epididymis and what not. "Oh well.. I'll look into it." he quietly muttered to himself. But in lite of his situation, and dulling pain, he directed his attention to the people who were carrying him away to one of the huts just a little ways down the path. "But in the meantime people, Please be gentle with treating me. I'm still young and innocent.." words he accented with the batting of the eyelashes
