Chapter 1: The Tournament Begins

Kiru placed his scythe on his back and was about to walk out of the infirmary.

“Where you going?” Kiru looked at Amaya, who was leaning against a wall. “Leaving, what else would I be doing?”

“You unlock that door, and you’ll be in trouble…” Amaya said cocking her head.

“Who said I was using the door.” Kiru smirked.

“Well I can’t believe I’m saying this, but thanks for helping.” Amaya said.

“Hm?” Kiru responded confused.

“I said thank you, the fact you even helped at all is a miracle.” Amaya said grinning.

“Your welcome, I guess.” Kiru said, with a confused look.

“So, I’m guessing you won’t be staying, huh?” Amaya said sadly.

“Nope.” Kiru said simply. “Why you so disappointed?”

“It’s just I barely know anyone here, and ya.” Amaya said crossing her arms.

“And do you think anyone else wants ’me’ here.” Kiru said sternly.

“I don’t know, they might because you did try to help.” Amaya said shrugging.

“Ya, well I learned the hard way, that just helping once doesn‘t make everything better.” Kiru said in his same cold emotionless voice.

“Then you should help out more.” Amaya mocked.

“No.” Kiru said annoyed. He was going to walk out again until he was grabbed on the arm.

“Stay.” Amaya said smiling.

“I’m not a dog…” Kiru said with a irritated look.

“Well a fox is the dog’s cousin, right? Sooo…”

“Okay, shut up, I’ll stay… but just till things calm down. And for the last time I'm not a real fox.” Kiru said leaning against the wall beside Amaya.

“That’s better and maybe sometime you can ask someone if your really wanted here.” Amaya teased.

“I said to shut up.” Kiru said sternly.

“Sorry, grumpy…” Amaya said crossing her arms and looking away.

Kiru pushed away from the wall and just started randomly walking around.

Might as well do something while I’m here…

Kiru turned to see Amaya's two different coloured eyes looking at his gold ones, and of course she was smiling.

Kiru just shook his and grinned.

The stick-figure battle raged on seemingly endlessly, but somehow it never lost its momentum or excitement. There was no reason to worry about winning or losing; the simple joy of a Super Smash Bros game that always keeps it interesting was at play in full force. Snicket and Mr. Game & Watch weren't even trying to avoid the life-dropping bullets; they were just continuing to fight pointlessly while pretending there was a point.

Finally, Snicket said something as their life count kept dropping. "You know, I'll bet the rest of the SSS is having an intense fight against a notorious villain right now. I say it's about time this ends, how about you?"

Game & Watch nodded.

They checked their remaining lives:

Snicket: 1
Game & Watch: 1

(OOC: any other fights that were still going on have ended, or the life system malfunctions and doesn't count other further falls)

"You do know what this means, right?" said Bob incredulously.

"Who-ev-er dies next ends the tourn-a-ment," Game & Watch answered, equally excited. "I vol-un-teer."

At this point, for some reason, all the stick figures vanished, leaving just the two of them on the strange DS stage. Mr. Game & Watch began to jump off while Bob Snicket began doing a fighter stance to end the match with. He took his hammer out and raised it in the air at an angle like the Ice Climbers. Mr. Game & Watch descended down the side, and...

It froze.

Both Snicket and the 2-D Brawler had frozen completely in place. This lasted for a long, annoying moment, and then everything went black.

[SSS HQ, 1st Floor]

Snicket appeared back in the HQ, and although at first it appeared as if everything were still black, he saw two bright beams pointed towards the panel where the colored Orbs were placed on the far side of the room. Game & Watch, he assumed, was back with the rest of the Brawlers.

Hm... he thought, considering the darkness. A power outage. That might explain part of the malfunctioning of the stages. But it's still too dark...

He raised his hands to neck-level, and suddenly his right glove changed from white to black. Appearing in the air next to him was an illusion of Squawks the Parrot, flapping his wings and bearing a lanturn with him to light their way.

"Now," he thought out loud. "Let's get to the bottom of this." They began moving towards the professor and the robot.

smashbro walked up towards Master Hand's castle, fully aware of what was going on at the HQ.
"They wouldn't have gone that far. But it wasn't them." smashbro continued to walk towards the castle, and a white rabbit crossed his path, he was at the door, and he took out his knife, the Black Pearl. He knew what he had to do. If it could let him into his own mind, it might let him into others minds.
"Hobey ho, let's go." smashbro said, and he knocked on the door.

[Pretty Pony Land]

MM and DEMM were fighting for at least an hour now.

MM:*panting*You fight well...

DEMM:*panting* not so bad yourself...

MM:but i know your main weakness here...

DEMM:What is that?

MM:I'll hurt the pretty ponies!

DEMM jumped in front of the ponies

DEMM:NOOOOO--wait....this isnt right...

MM:Yeah i know...you shouldnt be blocking the ponies..i should...

DEMM:Yeah and i should have said those lines...

MM:ok...lets switch places...

MM and DEMM switch places.

DEMM:We all set?

MM:yeah....DO OVER!!!!!!!!!

DEMM:but i know your main weakness here...

MM:What is that?

DEMM:I'll hurt the pretty ponies!

MM jumped in front of the ponies

MM:NOOOOO!!!

DEMM:You know...this is dumb...forget this all happened....

MM:I began to think that too...

DEMM:I know....i read ur mind....

MM:To battle?

DEMM:To battle!

DEMM and MM cross arms.

Both:Weeeee're off to go to battle, a gory and bloody one at that!

DEMM:What are we doing?

MM:...I...Dont...Know...

[Naked Snake II]

Geo seathed Spathi and looked at Steele.

GEO: What fine techniques you know Steele. Training you should be a since.

STEELE: Thanks.

Geru rose from the ground all bloody and bruised. His eye was swollen shut and blood was pouring from his mouth, nose and eye

GERU: Damn you Geo!! This isn't over yet. I will be back with the whole ninja squad. I will have your Devensian head!

Geru dissapeared in the shadows.

STEELE: Well, thats not the last time we saw him.

GEO: .....He'll definately be back, but attacking my home and not Naga Town. I must prepare for that day..You should be ready then as well.

STEELE: You got it Geo.

GEO: Okay let's call it a day.

Steele followed Geo to his house.

GEO: Stacy? I'm home.

STACY: GEO'S BACK HOME!!

She ran towards Geo with hugs and tears.

STACY: I knew you'd be okay.

GEO: Of course I would.

Stacy opens her eyes and sees Steele.

STACY: oops sorry haha. I am Stacy and you are..

STEELE: I'm Steele.

GEO: Honey, Steele is my new apprentice. He'll be with us for a while.

STACY: Hi Steele. Welcome to our home. I hope you like it.

STEELE: Already am.

STACY: Right well we have a room available upstairs go on ahead. I'm almost done making supper.

STEELE: Great. Thanks.

Steele heads upstairs to his new room.

Steele walked upstairs to to his new room. He opened the door. It was a simple room, it had a bed, a nightstand with a lamp, a desk with a chair, and a closet. There was a window in the back of the room.

Steele:*Thinking to himself*Ok, this is nice. I can make do here.

He laid down his belongings around the room, and his clothes in the closet. He jumped down on the bed and took out a small black book. He flipped down a couple of pages and scrolled his finger down to a name. Geo. He placed a green check mark in a small box next to his name.

Steele:*thinking* Well, I'd better get ready for tomorrow.

Geo's House
[Geo,Steele, Stacy]

Everything was quiet and dark at Geo's house. The windows were lit by the light of the big moon. Geo awakens from his sleep and gets out of bed. He looks around and then got changed to his uniform. He looked at clock hanging above the fire. It read 4:00AM

GEO: Time to get Steele up.

Geo snuck in the guest's room to find Steele sound asleep in the bed.

GEO: WAKEY WAKEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

STEELE: AHHH!!!!!!!!!

Steele startled by the sudden loud sound fell off the bed fully awake. He climbed up looking towards the sound's origin to see his master Geo looking at him.

GEO: Mourning

STEELE: What's going on?

GEO: Training. That's what. Get up, change to the uniform and meet me out in the front.

Geo leaves the room. Steele crashes his face on the bed

STEELE: It's four in the mourning!!!!

minutes later, Steele was out in the front. The plants had dew on them, the air smelled like humidity and rain, it was pitch black outside and the sun was most likely behind the mountains

GEO: Well before we start training, I start off with a little jog.

STEELE: *rubbing his eye* Where to? *yawn*

GEO: From here, were going around the mountain range, then were going to follow a path in the DK Jungle that takes us to the SSS HQ. From there, we go down a cliff where there will be a beach at the bottom of the cliffs. Follow that all the way until we go up a rocky hill, then once up the hill, we go in Smashville and then we cut our direction and head back towards the house.

STEELE: 0_0 all of that is how long?

GEO: ....I'm going to say a around 120 miles. Most of the miles is cause were going around a mountain range.

STEELE: 0_0 ...o..okay.

GEO: Well, what are we waiting for? let''s head out

the two doctors were working on Kin all night using advanced methods in medicine both Derek and angie did the best they could to patch Kin up.

Derek: Angie we cant say we diddnt try, but his chances of survival are very slim he has lost alot of blood and taken heavy damage, all we can do now is hope for the best.

Angie: I cant believe all of his wounds and injuries and he diddnt go down without a fight...I think he can make it, If he was able to get through the pain in his mind i think he can overcome the healing process even if he is in a coma

DOPENA: Remaining Koratians. We lost everything recently. Our village, our homes, our friends and families, and our village elder the Silver Serpent. But at these times, we must to what our elders would have done..Rebuild. Rebuild Kotaro we must. Perhaps make it better.

KOTARIANS: YAY!!!

The crowd of Koratians shouted in joy and happiness.

DOPENA: I am Dopena. Decendent of the Kotarian elder Chiyo. Chiyo the Fire Dancer. I have been taught well by Chiyo in his arts. I am here to help my fellow Kotarians rebuild after there loss. Will you all Work with me!

KOTARIANS: YAAAAAA!!!

DOPENA: Will you all Fight with me!

KORATIANS: YAA!!!!

DOPENA: Then let's rebuild our village once again! In honor of our loss. Kotaro village shall rise again!

KOTARIANS: YAAA

Dopena rallied up the surviving Kotarians and began to head towards where the old village use to be.

DOPENA: we'll make our village here

smashbro got out of the way of the door, and it swung open. Crazy Hand moved a little bit out of the door, and smashbro was going to try to sneak in when he realized that none of the Hands have eyes. so since smashbro didn't know what they could see, he didn't try to get in.
"Hopefully I can use this as like a save place if i need to get out," smashbro said. He went around the side of the castle and found a pipe with metal bars on the opening. He cut it open with his energy, and then started to climb in.

But after some time, smashbro heard a flushing sound, and then heard things coming toward him.
"Oh crap!" smashbro said, as the crap came closer to him.

X walked out of his tent in front of the SSS HQ, and went into the building.
"YO!" he called out when got got to the main room of the second floor (teleport room). "WHAT THE H*** IS GOING ON WITH THE F***IN D*** TOURNEY?!?"

Marc went to the medical room, becuase his hawk was badly injured.
Marc: hello My hawk is injured.
Marc waited while his hawked rest and healed. His winged seemed hurt but marc knew that he would get better,

Shade was at the subspace army base when he was transported to a shadowy castle with tons of creatures like the ones that follow him.

Shade just stood there since he could not speak,
The voice showed itself, it was a man with a dark cape and a sinister look.
Shadow King: I am the shadow king, the person who truley gave you your dark powers to use as my minoin, and soon You will have enough energy to transform you into the ultimate evil.
Shade tried to run back but the shadow creatures trapped him. One tear fell.

Around the 20th mile of the run, Steele started to slow down tremendiously.

Steele:*huff**puff**huff**puff*

Geo:C'mon, what's the matter?

Steele: *huff* If you haven't noticed, *puff* I'm actually a human. I *huff* have no super natural *puff* abilities. 120 miles? *huff* Not a regular person's thing. *puff* We usually die around *huff* the 60th mile *puff*

Marc was waiting when he heard a loud kaw.
Marc ran into the room His hawk was better but still a little hurt.
Marc: hey buddy how you feeling.
The hawk kawed again but this time it was not as loud.
Marc: After all this time I never named you, ill name you after that guy kin who save HQ. I'll name you silver after his silver head.
Silver semmed as if he was smiling.

DEMM:Well...if we dont know whats happening then....WE MUST FIGHT!

MM:Really? i thought we were supposed to run around and Laugh!

DEMM:Well SORRY for saying we need to battle...

MM swung at DEMM who easily dodged it.

DEMM:You cant hit me remember?

MM:Yeah well...

MM swung his left arm and DEMM tried to grab it and then MM dodged and smacked DEMM.

DEMM:Wht the?!

MM:I never thought much of it but i have A robotic arm!

DEMM:Dammit!

MM:Oh this should be fun...

[Crehavos, Ganondorf]
[Hell]

Crehavos had brought Ganondorf over to his castle to talk in private. Ganondorf had told Crehavos that the Niluck Stone was stolen before the SSS tournament when he had Agahnim possess Zelda so she could steal it and deliver it to Ganondorf. The Niluck Stone was then sealed away in the Dark World with Agahnim guarding it.

"Excellent." Crehavos said after Ganondorf finished explaining. He walked over to his balcony staring out across Hell for a few minutes. He then turned around and said, "I want to launch an attack on the SSS HQ. I want Bowser to lead that. Evil Kin will help to destroy Malik, I want the others to think he is on their side. Then when the time is right, capture the three chosen ones: Geo, Dobs, and Kin; bringing them to me. Kin is in a coma right now, but I can see that he will come out of it soon..."

Then Crehavos looked at Ganondorf directly in the eyes, looking very serious. He then said, "You will capture Princess Zelda and take over Hyrule Castle to draw out Link. Once the 3 of you are together, summon the Triforce; I wish to use it."

Ganondorf looked taken aback. "Why do you need the Triforce? You are already more powerful then all."

Crehavos smiled, and said, "I only need to use it for a wish. I want you to make it out for me since I will be on a journey. You may have the Triforce for yourself, but you need to do one thing first. When the Triforce as a whole to you, tell it that..." Crehavos whispered in his ear.

The Dark Lord blinked for a moment, and then his face lit up in delight. He would finally have his life long desire!

"That's when you may have it, but..." Crehavos said.

"But what?" Ganondorf snapped at Crehavos.

"You will need to balance yourself to possess the qualities of it. Power, Wisdom, and Courage. You only seek it's Power, that's why it splits because you do not possess the only 2 qualities as high as Power. Balance yourself, or I will have to keep the Triforce."

Ganondorf took a long bow before Crehavos and said, "Of course."

"Good. Now send word to Bowser and Evil Kin their instructions for their missions. And tell Zant that he must train with the Warlords after Saint is finished." The Hell Lord said.

"As you wish." The King of Evil said, and he left without another word.

As she stood on a high mountain top, she listened telepathically to Crehavos and Ganondorf's conversation. He was going to try to obtain the sacred golden relic of the goddesses for something.... but...... what?

All she knew is that she could not let him get the Triforce, who knows what will happen. The SSS can handle themselves, and the Silver Serphant isn't a big concern at the moment. She must journey to Hyrule, and warn them of the Evil King that is coming again...

She then began walking deeper into the shadows, disappearing from sight. As she vanished, Crehavos was watching her from the Castle above...
