As you all know, I have been writing Brawl Strategies on the main site. So the other day I'm at Target and I pick up the Brawl Strategy guide, just for comparison reasosn.
I open it and I look at some of the strategies I've written, and I see that they are very similar to the Guides strategies. The only thing that is different from mine and theirs is that I have more pictures, I have a few more ratings, and I offer a few expert tips.
Now I'm a little discouraged because for one, some people might just think "Oh, he's just copying right out of the book" When I'm not.
And second, I'm wondering if my guides are any good. I haven't gotten much feedback from Brian regarding hit wise, If I've increased the hit count or decreased it.
I'm a little discouraged because I'm not sure if people are reading them, and if they're any good. I feel like I'm contibuting stuff that goes unnoticed, and weither it's really worth it.

Internal Confusion Guru here,
Steele, let me just see that we all appreciate what you do for the site. Must of us are too lazy too do anything for it....and when we've tried we've failed miserably. Second, if your saying that what it says in the guide is very similar to what your saying then that just proves you know how to use that character and create an expert guide for it. I have in fact read the Diddy strategy so don't worry, people are reading them; people who aren't even members might even read them.
So your work in not going unoticed, and when it's noticed....it's for good reasons.

If you need futher proff though. I ready the Diddy one and you preached using B down which I really never used. So listening to your strategy I might be able to conquer Ness11!

Umm... I'm no guru, but you know, you're strategy is really good, I mean, if someone says "You stole from the book!" Then it doesn't matter because you know that you're work is original whether they think so or not, and unless their under ten, I wouldn't admire them anyway for buying a strategy guide, unless it's for the art and free posters. Anyway, the Diddy one helped me a lot (He was my worst character, now he's only my fourth worst)
