every 3 and a half hours you should have SOMETHING to eat. not necessarily a meal... Its just good and it helps maintain your metabolism

For example, I eat breakfast at 8:30 AM.
Then I eat lunch at 12:00 PM
Then I eat dinner at 3:30 PM Do i just starve the rest f the day?

lol don't fight about the better diet, but I was wondering: If I should eat only 1200 calories a day, and I should eat 400 calories per meal, wouldn't that be 3 meals (aka Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner) so why eat every 3 1/2 hours? Its all about walking and eating right. I used to walk alot and pushup's help. Subway is ok.

lol right now I'm kind of waiting until Wii Fit before I actually start dieting.
I know Wii Fit isn't the only solution, but I think it will be a good aid for my diet
