I like a girl who is a really good friend. I dont know if I should tell her. SHe is moving to texas this summer. Her famliy I heard does not want her dating and I am scared she wont like me back. Also I got a fortune cookie that said I should talk to my friend today. (excat words)

Well you should probably listen to the cookie, only fate could have made you eat that cookie. Since she is moving this summer then you'll at least get so time if she says yes.
To know if she likes you see how she acts around you like for signs (flirting). You might not want to go out with her (if she says yes) if that would get you and or her in trouble with her parents.
If you kind of see the signs and if you make it unofficial then I say go for it.
