OK got some hints from people and they want depth and a slower pace here's Ch 2..
Mario stood readied in the center of Final Destination, Peering out into the infinite space searching for the source of this voice.
Mario: Show-a yourself!
Luigi: Yea
: Hahaha fools, you fools have destroyed my keeper and now I'm going to unleash Anti-Hand on you!
As he said this, he revealed himself he looked strange he had beady little yellow eyes and no legs, instead he moved by floating around. Many different oddities covered his body the most noticible were the two red arrowhead-like ornaments.
AM(Ancient Minister): I am the Ancient Minister...
Mario: .....
AM: Hah... You have no idea the power you have released.
Mario: ......
AM: Hmph, ignorance, Anti-Hand! Destroy this pathetic place!
As this last word was uttered the ambiance of the area had changed slightly. Mario turned and looked around but he couldn't see the threat he felt.
Luigi: M-m-mario? Where is it?
Mario: Hmmmm.......................THERE!
Mario pointed to something in the distance, it was like Master Hand but was all black, it had an evil, uncaring aura surronding it. Not a dominance aura like Master Hand or a no-regard aura like Crazy Hand but a cold, dark aura.
Mario: Luigi!
Luigi: Eh?!
Mario beckoned to Luigi as he ran towards a newly formed Warp Pipe. But Anti-Hand was closing in quickly. Mario Jumped for the Pipe and made it to the Pipes edge. Luigi was right beside him. As they pulled themselves up they felt a great quake pass through the ground and looked back to see Anti-Hand readying another blow and a piece of the stage floating away into the distance.
Mario: Ma-Ma Miya!!!
The went through the Pipe and found themselves just outside the entrance to Final Destination. The sat side-by-side and had a rest the battle with Master Hand had been tiring.
They watched as something very strange happened. The outside of Final Destination were slowly sinking in on themselves. The destruction of the initial platform must of been the trigger of this strange happening. Inside an evil yell could be heard. Mario and Luigi watched as the sides got pummeled by Anti-Hand from the inside until a small hole appeared. Mario and Luigi were starting to become distressed so they fled in the opposite direction.

Samus stood listening intently to their story. The rest of the group had also gathered around to listen even Popo had stopped weeping and stood looking sterner than ever.
Samus: So Anti-Hand must of been mostly destroyed inside Final Destination....
Mewtwo: And the Ancient Minister must of escaped. d**n.
Fox: And now he needs Ebony Matter to power Anti-Hand....
Snake turned to Popo.
Snake: Do you have any idea where the Primids took you?
Popo: No, I'm sorry.
PT: How are we gonna find out where this guy is?
Samus: We may have to search seperately?
Fox: Here everyone take one of these we can all use it to keep in touch.
Fox began handing out a small electronic device. It had a screen in the center with a few buttons on the side and a small speaker.
Link: Should we go in pairs?
Jigglypuff: Jiggly!
Samus: O.K if anyone finds anything contact the rest of us and then we'll just follow the devices you just got to reach you.
The large group then disbanded.

He walked to Mario's side.
Mario: Where-a should we look?

PT: Hey! Look!
Pokemon Trainer pointed out into the distance, two large ships could be seen in the distance and falling out of the bottom seemed to be more of the purple smoke that created the Primid. The two ships were the Halbeird and the Great Fox.
The ships drew closer and closer, once they flew overhead they dropped out what looked to be 5 lots of giant blades?
Samus: Shaydas!
Link: What?
Fox: Never mind.
Pikachu: Pii....
Samus: Everyone go I'll hold them here!
Fox:...... You heard! Run!
The group reluctantly fled dashing off of the side of the battlefield. Leaving Samus to fight the monsters.
Samus: What should I do? Ahh.
Samus had noticed a smash orb floating nearby, she ran over and shot at it the cracked it open with her arm cannon. She felt her mind and body fill with its power. The Shaydas dropped to the ground infront of her and began walking forward..
Samus: TAKE THIS!
At that word Samus released the Zero Laser. The Shaydas put their blades around their head in defense but the laser pushed through and destroyed them....
Looking up at the battle while fleeing Mario thought the worst.
Snake: Samus must be.......... No one could've survived that.
Mario: We've-a lost the others........-a
Snake: So where do you think he is?
Snake: How about we go to where Final Destination used to be?
Mario: Yeahs!
Snake ran after Mario, he thought the pudgy plumber wouldn't have been so fast. The ducked under branches, hopped over rocks and leap t over cliff's until Mario stopped at the entrance to a huge field.
Snake: This where it used to be?
Mario: Oh Yeah!
Snake: Lets look around for clues.(Scooby Doo lol)
Snake and Mario separated to search the large field, Mario went around the sides while Snake went to the center.
Snake: Mario! Look at this!
Mario came rushing over to Snake, As he slowed to a halt Snake held up a small silver object.
Mario: A DS?
Snake: Yeah but its only got 1 real button and it says "Enter"
Mario: Should-a we push it?
Snake: Why not it may take us to the ancient minister.
Mario took it upon himself to take the last step he reached forward and pressed the "Enter" button. Suddenly a vortex began spinning out of the DS screens it sucked Mario and Snake in.
Snake:...... Huh?
Mario: ......... WOAH!?
Mario and Snake looked around they were in a completely white room, standing on what seemed to be a giant block...
Mario: Wha-?
Snake: Where the heck are we?
: If you can pass my test I will show you the way.....
Snake: What? Who said that!?
: I did
Snake looked around and saw a strange creature floating around them it was long and white and very pen-like.
Stylus: I am the Stylus. The keeper of this wonderful room of wonders also known as Picto-chat...
Snake: How do we get outta here we're supposed to be searching for the Ancient Minister?
Stylus: If you pass my test your search will end, for the completion of my test will grant you a wish each.
Mario: We-a will take-a your test.
Stylus: Very well. It will begin now. Prepare thy selves.
The Stylus moved away into the distance until it was just barely visible. Suddenly the Stylus began to wave around and draw things on the white background. It drew a cloud, the cloud began to shift back and forward above Mario and Snake. Then it let out a bolt of lightning that struck Mario fiercely on the head, he was instantly pushed to the ground.
Snake: MARIO!?
Mario: Oh woh..........
Another lightning bolt descended quickly from the cloud but Snake threw Mario away and blocked the lightning. He rolled backwards till he reached Marios side. He helped Mario up and the two braced themselves. A face appeared infront of them and began blowing, the wind it blew was strong and it became more difficult to dodge the lightning bolts, plus now there were two clouds. A bolt struck but Mario dodged, Snake dodged a bolt also and nearly got blow off the stage.
Snake: Woah!
Mario: SNAKE!
Mario tried to be quick but another bolt struck Snake and he lost his balance he fell off but managed to grab the edge, more lightning bolts fell near the edge stopping Snake from climbing up. Mario watched helplessly until something hit him in the back of the head when he looked around he saw a smash orb. He quickly spun around and thumped it. Then he jumped up behind it.
Mario: SNAKE!
Mario smashed the orb towards Snake, Snake leap t off the edge and caught it in the air. He felt odd his mind and body seemed to be focusing and preparing for something, he let it out and jumped way up high into the sky. A rope ladder descended from no-where so he grabbed it and someone dropped a grenade launcher down to him. He aimed at the clouds and KABLAST he shot a grenade at the cloud completely destroying it on impact. He fired again destroying the second cloud. Then he took aim at the face and then blew it out of the sky. He then turned his cross heirs onto the Stylus and shot at it until he ran out of grenades.
Snake: Damn
Snake leap t off of the ladder and landed beside Mario.
Mario: Wow...
Snake: Thanks for the Orb...
Snake and Mario stood and watched the Stylus as it floated back to where they were.
Stylus: What an impressive display of power. You have passed the test. you may both make one wish, However there are rules....
Snake: Ahh OK can you destroy the Subspace Army?
Stylus: No...
Mario: Can-a you get rid of the-a Ancient Minister-a?
Stylus: No....
Snake: Can you take us to the Ancient Minister?
Stylus: Yes. i will take you there soon. Mario make your wish.
Mario looked to the sky and thought about what he would wish for.
He then remembered about all the small characters who were being turned into Ebony matter and had been killed or taken by the Subspace army. The names all came to him. Little Mac, Waluigi and Lakitu.
Mario: I wish there were-a some way to-a see all the characters who were-a turned into Ebony matter-a.....
Stylus: Very well I can do that.
The Stylus waved around like a wand and produced what looked to be a trophy case.
Stylus: This is an Assist Trophy, you can use them to summon a person lost to Ebony matter, they will only stay for a short time and you only get one use. An Assist trophy will appear the same way an item would. here you can take this one now.
Mario stepped forward and piked up the Assist trophy and put it in his inventory.
Snake: Now you can take us to the Ancient Minister?
Stylus: Yes here goes!
Mario and Snake began spinning around wildly but when they stopped they were in an entirely different place. They were in a dark room that had only one other corridor leading out. The walls were made of steel and looked oddly familiar.
