I'm soon going to start my fanfic, titled...
Super Smash Bros. and the Masters of Darkness
This story is a sequel to Subspace Emissary, taking place two years after the ending. This time, Ganondorf has formed a league of powerful adversaries to conquer the Smash Bros. world. Even worse, an even greater force, known as the Masters of Darkness, is hatching a plan to consume this world and all of the Nintendo/Non-Nintendo worlds altogether!
Of course, all of the characters from Brawl will be present (Wario's a neutral/good guy this time). Here's the list of new faces appearing this time.
King K. Rool
- An evil, psychotic crocodile king with an eye tic. He is the main villain of the DK series.
- In the story, Ganondorf proposes an offer to K. Rool, promising him rule of the seas (and DK's banana hoard) in exchange in an alliance to rule the Smash Bros. World. Throughout the story, K. Rool appears in his three outfits from the DKC games: himself, Kaptain K. Rool, and Baron K. Roolenstein.
Saki Amamiya
- A teenage rebel with the blood of a Ruffian running through his veins. He is one of the main heroes of Sin and Punishment and made his Smash Bros. debut in SSBB as an Assist Trophy.
- In the story, he and Airan track down Achi in an attempt to stop her from destroying their world. Achi enters an multi-dimensional portal, leading to the Smash Bros. world. As Saki and Airan follow, Saki is confronted by Solid Snake. Their confrontation ended when someone stepped in. That someone is...
Rayman
- A limbless hero, armed with energy magic and... a plunger gun?! He is the main hero of his series of games, and is the mascot of Ubisoft.
- In the story, he tries to stop the Rabbids from their domination of different worlds and save the baby Globoxes. The Rabbids spot the Halberd, the airship of Metaknight, and plan to capture it for making it their new vessel. As the Rabbids hop in to their Mecha, Rayman sneaks on in hopes to end the Rabbids' reign once and for all. Unfortunately, Rayman gets turned into a trophy when he fell a great height from jumping off the top of the Rabbid-Mecha before its missiles (reflected by the Halberd) blew it up. Fortunately, he gets revived by...
Geno
- A doll possessed by one of the Star Spirits. He is one of the main characters in SMRPG. He was once rumored to have been in SSBB and taken out, as well as have an important part in SSE.
- In the story, Geno's trophy stood in the forest, lifeless, until a Star Spirit descends upon the lifeless trophy, reviving it. After traveling through the forest, he sees Rayman's trophy and revives him. Geno and Rayman team up. They eventually find themselves in the middle of Saki and Solid Snake's confrontation. Rayman splits the two up by firing plungers at their weapons' barrels.
Ryu Hoshi
- A strong warrior and professional of martial arts. Ryu is considered to be the main protagonist of the Street Fighter series.
- In the story, Ryu hears of the next Street Fighter tournament being held in the Smash Bros. world. He enters the world and starts to walk around the island like a wandering traveler. He is then surrounded by Kremlings and takes them all out. He later confronts Lucario, who later joins him, and Ganondorf, who was actually the person who sent Ryu the false SF tournament info in hopes to face a fist-fighter.
MASTERS OF DARKNESS: The main group of antagonists in the story. Each member is a fallen Nintendo villain. They rest in their domain, the Shadow Realm (which the residents of the SB world refer to as Subspace). There are four Masters of Darkness...
1) Nightmare (Kirby) - main male leader of the group; creator of Master Hand and Crazy Hand to be controlled by Tabuu and to rid of Kirby.
2) Medusa (Kid Icarus) - main female leader; casted the "Trophy Curse" (the reason why characters turn into trophies when defeated) upon the Smash Bros. world.
3) Andross (Star Fox 64) - evil scientist; commander of air forces deployed by the group.
4) Mother Brain (Metroid) - huge, evil brain; manipulates characters to attack each other at first sight.
Note: There were originally SIX Masters of Darkness, the fifth being Ganondorf (known to them as his monster original form, Ganon) and the sixth being Tabuu. Ganondorf was stripped of his ranks and banished to the Smash Bros. world because of:
- His attempt to take the Smash Bros. world for himself...
- Joining forces with the heroes...
- Killing Tabuu...
