First off angel...Friend has nothing to do with it. So what i say some bad things about her just as she has done all the rest of us, i get over it chat to her on msn stay friends hunkey dorey... but as you say this is business. What she did on the site was unacceptable and needs to be punished for. Read Below

I say 2 months banned. 3 months cbox ban. I also think she should be and STAY stripped of her powers and be on 2 month probation after being unbanned.

edit: I wonder, if KEY was permabanned, would this thread have been created? if tord was permabanned, would this thread have been created? I highly doubt it.

I think this thread is too personal and was created because star was our good friend and that is all. We should leave personal and business matters aside.

Why can't you realize that you were both in the wrong? She was wrong.. but she didn't mean for it to be that way.

First, yes. Star was, and IS, my friend. That is irrelevant. If I were to hack the site and delete the RP section and everyone's characters, I would expect you, Angel, to back the ban I would be issued.

And despite what you may say, your friendship with Star was an important factor in the creation of this thread. The support that has appeared here for her unban is also a result of her many friendships, and that IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. We are responsible for our actions, and we are are brothers' and sisters' keepers.

But it was just a threat. How is threats now something that is punishable to the forum's equivliant the death penalty? When when sonicdafastest tried to hack into the forum is he allowed to be here.. and to Ghost's allowance. Why is Mikau, who has been permanbanned probably twice for flaming.. allowed to be here. As I told Ghost in MSN, we have always known when someone is acting out of anger and acting out of pure hate. What Star did was emotional, done on urge, and I know she regrets that. Who are we to turn away someone who is sorry? o.O

From Star, to add to this appeal:

I'm a girl that likes to take matters into her own hands. I'm not the type to sit and do nothing, i step in and change things for the better. I felt like i was being mistreated and noone gave a damn, so i took the c-box so people would pay attention and listen to me. I take peoples bases but i never destroy them. I know that most of the members love this site. To destroy this site because of a few ignorant people would be wrong. I'm not saying what i did was right but i felt as if it was the only way to ensure that people listen to my words...

I'm not a terrible person. I'm just a person trying to do her best. I'm actually very kind, sweet and caring. Whenever im pissed off or upset, there is a reason for it. Its not some bipolar reaction. It's cause and effect.

Just tell them... I'm sorry that I took the c-box. I had no intentions of deleting it or keeping it for myself. The c-box was my stage and my mic, all i wanted to do was state my opinions and express my feelings. I want people to know that I do listen and I compromise but i need people to give me that in return.

technically appeals are the decisions of the admins to do. Seeing as we only have me at the current time...i've decided a course of action for this....if anyone has a blatant problem with it then please inform me of such.


Star will henceforth be banned for one week. After the one week her IP will be allowed to create a new name and join once more. She will not be eligible for any type of staffing. If she performs anything stupid like such that would constitute longer than a 10 minute ban to cool off, she will be up for permaban immediately. She will not go through the level bans like a normal member.

I wasn't exactly here for all of this, but Devaux has pretty much just filled me in. From what I've pieced together.

She deserved a significant ban. But I THOUGHT we agreed that there were to be no more permabans on this forum. I could be remembering wrong, but I thought that a person couldn't be permabanned at all (or at least not without vote). We should have gone with a high level ban of a month or two, taken away modship, and called it a day.

My opinion is only as important as you want it to be.

On to star, What she did was wrong, i wont deny that. But a perma ban s alittle to much. A month seems fair, and sours idea of proation seems good to, but she has don far to much for us to be thrwon away for one little mishap. Its like telling me i get to own the site! TOTAL BULLSHIT! Star deserves to be un perma banned
