I propose that we let the gym leaders be let loose for their towns....
They will have the power to
Re-do the ENTIRE town look and feal
write new text for the town
rename the town
make the town their own
What they can';t do is
Change scripted events like if somone walks down and onto the screan, they can not place a building in the way, or move that sprite
If you nguys like, i publicly announce the gym and elite 4 roster, and we send them a copy of the rom, and Advance Map. They can play in it all they like and mess with the town as long as they don't break my only rule, idrc what they do XD
