Alright guys, it's that time of year again and it has nothing to do with nuts or cheese heads. It's Cross Country time! Tomorrow's my first meet and I'm shotting for top ten overal. I'm going to try to pump up the guys on the team tomorrow with a speech of motivation.
Got any words of wisdom?

I sort of followed your advice, I finished 22 out of 300 or so people, and my time wasn't too bad.
The team did pretty good too, 6th and 8th for A (6th) and B (8th)
