www.youtube.com/watch?v=3hJfTQ2dBZATowards the end, they had a picture of mario in the game. I think they should sue rare for putting mario in their game, when banjo and kazooie didn't show up in brawl. I win.

and this is old news
plus, you said nothing about banjo blowing up mario's head
and a small cameo in 1 video game doesn't mean that they should sue
maybe banjo and kazooie are gonna become a cameo in another nintendo game
