Here you may post your utmost favorite quote from a video game, whether it be some sort of book you read in the game, or a line from a character. You may portray it as a quick scene, or a quote. Your choice. I'll go first with a brief scene quote from Crisis Core: Final Fantasy 7...
Sephiroth turned his head away from the pleading Genesis, he had the Banora White apple in the palm of his hand; the hand that was outstretched to Sephiroth as a sign of asking for help. The apple that once was apart of his family's prized apple trees that they lovingly called "Dumbapples".
However, Sephiroth did not see fit share his cells with the degregating Genesis, he selfishly wanted them so he could cause more harm than good. It would be wasteful and horrid to give them to Genesis now.
The SOILDER first class turned towards the door that bared above it the same name that he had been told belonged to his mother. . . Sephiroth felt a cold chill pass through his body; suddenly feeling very light headed and dizzy, but the feeling soon past.
With a very calm, but quiet voice, he said still facing away from Genesis, "Whether your words. . . are lies created to deceive me. . ." He then slowly turned his head back to the red haired man he use to call friend. "Or the truth. . . that I have sought all my life. . . It makes no difference."
Then, Sephiroth did the unexpected. He slapped the side of Genesis' hand not hard, but not friendly either, knocking his precious apple out his hand; slowly dropping to the floor. He looked directly into Genesis' sad aqua blue eyes, the silver haired man's face contorted into an evil glare. Quite plainly, with rather angrily calm words, he growled, "You will rot." Sephiroth turned his back on his friend, and walked away; leaving his friend for the last time.
Yes mine was long, but so what? And yes, I typed this from watching the scene on my PSP, these words besides the quote from Sephiroth, were all mine.
