1. Reaver - Fable 2 (okay he actually is a "good guy" but I can't get over how he killed Barnum)

I only said those guys because they are the first people I think of, unless you want to say Nascar drivers (Kyle Bush and Carl Edwards) can be bad to the bone.

Hard to beat Vader and the Joker. I'll go with some less known villains.
1. The Beast (Kung Fu Hustle)
2. Judge Claude Frollo (The Hunchback of Notre Dame)
3. Dracula (Bella Lugosi's. Not really unknown, but unmeantioned.)
