I was searching around for new pictures of Colette (a impossible task, I've seen them all) and I came across this old gem in my pictures..  And this reminded me of my first home, the Nintendo Nsider Forums, run by Nintendo of America (NoA) itself, and Nintendo Power staff.. did you know that they actually BANNED this picture from their site? A few silly fangirls found it and were showing it to some people, and someone complained and actually got it banned from the site. Can you believe that? I mean.. sheesh, look at the picture! This is silly for the creators of such characters as Vivian and etc to behave.. and it appalled a lot of people on the site as well, they never got a official stance about it, other than it was was hot button and etc.. I found it offensive.. that they would do that. Just sharing.. |

(starts to laugh really hard) They have a problem with THAT?! Then they should see some of the provocative stuff that goes on this forum. (Thinks back to BB animal pron. Looks at Maia's sig. Thinks of nearly any sig Maia puts up.) Compared to that your picture is tame cause we is a site full of dirty people with sick perverted minds!!!

This, coming from the company that created Tingle and Captain Rainbow? Does seem odd. Then again, maybe it was just the people in charge of the forums, and not NOA as a whole? The Big N has quite a few characters that are seemingly homosexual, but they're usually pretty subtle about it. (Like Ike ) I think that mostly has to do with its relative acceptance in Japan, but its contentious nature here in the States. For the sake of PR then, perhaps they could be viewed that way. So...maybe? |

i can understand, i mean NOA probobly has alot of kids on that forum and stuff like that..even though its nothing harmless, i guess there rules on the forums apply differently, i predict a massive flam about that to the mods from select members...
