How are you capturing the actual video? Are you actually playing Megaman and recording it, or something else?

I used youtube files convert them so they can go in Premiere pro and then edit that footage down.

hmmm...not bad but you sacrafice quality for the sake of saveing time, i watched the video in high quality and it wasn't much better.
Don't take that as an insult....just a suggestion....next time capture AVI from actual gaveplay useing a rom and emulator, then you can create much better quality works.
over all, great job man!!!!
