In this case, Paratroopa would fit the bill, as the category is Mario enemies.
However, if an answer makes sense in the context, then you shouldn't say no.
e.g.
SLE's answer would be accepted because it makes sense.
I have no idea if this is going to work or not, so I may make more rules as time goes on.
If you get it right, you get to make your own list. It doesn't have to be related to video games. (I'm going to regret that decision.)
