Hey kids! Tired of perverts always saying "That's what she said,"? Hey pervs! Running out of material and starting to become un-perverted? Then do I have a game for you (and everyone else).
In Name that Sound the rules are simple, I will play a sound (see example below) and you must guess what the sound is or emit the most witty statement. However, if I were to play a barking sound, saying "That's a dog barking," probably wouldn't be the best guess. If you said, "That's the sound of a pit bull trying to intimidate Michael Vick," then you will defiantly fair much better than the obvious.
Object of the game and prize: I will play a sound, you guess it (see rules of what you can't abuse below) with the most wit and savvy and you win a random prize. This prize could be anything (within reason) you could receive karma, rent out my sig, whatever, maybe even your heart's desires.
Example of how this will work:
LGN's post: Okay, first sound! *mimics the sound of an elephant*
Kin, 1st to respond: It's me having s-- *post was deleted because of rule #2*
Steele, 2nd to respond: That's the elephant running away from my SHAWHM!
Ghost, 3rd to respond: That's the sound of King Dedede at the hometown buffet.
However there are rules to this madness:
1. No double posting, one witty comment per sound.
2. Be reasonable with the anything controversial. If you yell "BUTTSEXS!" or "*insert term for African American here*" in your response then your post will be deleted, not counted, and you will not be able to compete in the next sound.
3. Be careful what you say. Basically, don't say "That's the sound of *insert name here* being *insert sexual abuse here*" or anything horrid and juvenile. Now, you can say something all in good humor like "That is the sound of Steele when he kills himself with his own style,"
4. Not really a rule, but it doesn't have to be restricted to Smashbros (as you may have saw). It can touch on any topic, real life, video games, or inside forum jokes.
I think that tied up majority of loopholes there. I hope you all have fun playing this game, and remember: He who hesitates (in posting a witty response) is lost!"
I will update this randomly, but due to my lack of patience I will probably wait for X amount of posts in X amount of hours. Sorry, but that's how the cookie crumbles (that's why you don't hesitate).
