I think more color would be nice if added. The graphics are already good, but maybe some color-coded/highlighted threads?

Also, more smilies would be fun.
Maybe one for sweatdrop aka -_-;; would be funny to see made and used.
One for major sobbing, aka T.T
One for sincere happiness, aka ^_^
One for cuteness, aka >w<
Etc. Etc.

An idea:
The background is nicely faded so that it doesn't interfere with reading text, but it only features 6 characters of Brawl; Meta Knight, Zero Suit Samus, Fox, Sonic, Ike, and Snake. There are 35 characters in Brawl, and the background only represents roughly 1/7 of the total count.
I see that it represents some of the more popular characters in Brawl. However, there are still characters that are missing that have fans. I, personally, am a fan of Pit ^^;; A lot of my brawling friends like Toon Link and Lucario.
A vote from the members, maybe?
If the background was to be expanded to incorporate more, or even all characters, it would represent more of Brawl.
Adding on to my previous idea of more color, that could also pertain to the background. It looks whitewashed right now, but it could be both colored and faded.

Don't mind me and my colored ideas too much, I'm just a colorful person -.-;;

Just for a minor detail:

At the top of the page, where it says, "Hey, ____, you have 0 messages, etc."
A little chat bubble out of a person or a brawl character with that text in it would be cute. Like:

there used to be more, but not alot , now we have if we have added the 2 people that got banned it would've been 6

Yeah, even my family is trying to get me out of gaming. Can't stop because the games are getting better. Besides the girls where I am at that don't play games are too crazy. I don't want to be like them. LOL
