Hi there Angel, I'm Cell and I'm one of the many Staff Members on this forum. It's always a pleasure having another person (who's not an imbecile) join the forum, especially when we get another female member. You'll hear that I have the reputation of being the hard-ass staff member, but I only am to protect these forums that I cherish. So don't let my reputation make you think I'm a mean guy. Names Jukan, been going by Misami for a while which is one of my rp characters, a little girl; at that....i'm just weird tho....
