[LGN]
[SSS HQ]
[Hours after Day of Ucria's Last's]
LGN sat with Alex, Alice, and Peram on a small grass slope next to the HQ leading to the forest. LGN was having a tough time sitting still, his eyes darted from the HQ, to the east and then to the north. The HQ was not ready for an attack, the front was marred and bits and pieces had cracked off exposing the insulation and even the inside of the building itself, the fresh faces at the HQ bumped into each other and were baffled and were causing a wholly ruckus. The brawlers reaction was a mixed bag, some were quite happy to see their friends, like Ike reuniting with Sothe; while others like Mewtwo only found that they were an annoyance that needs to tone down the volume and absurdity about ten notches, a phrase here the means "Really wanted everyone to shut up so he could concentrate for the coming battle".
LGN was anxious about what lay ahead. He wasn't worried about who he was fighting whether it would be girl scouts or Crehavos himself, for he simply wanted to get this fight other with and look for his friends. Not to mention, he yearned to reunite with his comrades: Dobs, Geo, Kin, Snicket, MM, Steele, and all his other fellow troopers and soldiers. Still ireful at himself for failing to save Geo and Kin, but the fact that his own friend was shanghaied and could be whipped and tormented right now was all mentally disfiguring for LGN. He couldn't think straight at all, and had the worst feeling in his gut that they were in a great amount of peril. He looked at Alex and Peram, and thought to himself that everything was going to be okay.

As he slumped back and was about to close his eyes he heard a faint sound pinging noise. His company immediately got up and looked out into the distance. A bright red beam could be seen in the distance, standing out amongst all else, then a black and red ring shot out from it in all directions and zoomed by the HQ faster then the speed of sound. Almost immediately following, a screeching noise followed that deafened the HQ’s inhabitants and sent LGN to the ground. He looked up and saw that the sky was turning into a dark and lifeless black/red/purple that made people gasp in horror. LGN knew that attack was imminent and he had to do something and fast.
"Everyone calm down!" He yelled cupping his hands around his mouth, "Everything is going to be okay! We should be safe inside the protection of the Niluck Stone," he reassured. "But I think we should first do--" LGN failed to finish, for meteors were falling from the sky and hurdling straight for the HQ.
The crowd screamed and panicked. They began to run in circles like scared and bewildered sheep, but to LGN's luck some of the smashers were attempting to handle the wild and lost refugees inside. The meteors bounced off the Niluck Stone's shield with thunderous thuds and rolled away from the HQ. The forest not protected by the shield was taking a monstrous beating and battering, and within minutes in would be decimated. LGN looked at Peram, Alex, and Alice, and then threw his head around to the north where he saw a massive mob of organisms running for the shield of the HQ.
Oh crap, oh crap, oh, crap! Oh god, I don't know what to do! I'm always prepared for anything, but this, oh no, I'm screwed dang it! My friends are gone, Crehavos is now running amuck, and worst of all I don't know what to do! LGN thought. As soon as LGN said that he almost literally slapped himself in the face, as if a tougher side of his mind was taking over.
Get a hold of yourself you wuss! This is your moment to avenge yourself, not go all coward like and be a big coward. You’re responsible for every single life inside and outside this shield and you better god dang make sure that all of them make it! And you sure as hell better make sure all of your friends make it through or else you have no reason to live. LGN knew that his tougher mind was right, and so he sprang into action.
LGN asked his company to be attention and huddle up, "Listen guys, I know we are highly outnumbered and the odds are a million to one and time is of the essence, but I need you guys to promise me two things!" LGN commanded of his allies, "One, you do everything you can to help the civilians make it to safety. And two, I don't want any of you guys dying on me out there....I'll willingly risk my own to make sure all of you live to fulfill your life. Understood?" LGN asked.
"I...I'm going to do everything I can to support you guys out there," Alex told, and Alice agreed with him.
"You got a friend in me LGN; let's melt their faces with the power of our combined furry!" Peram beamed.
"Alright then!" LGN yelled. "For the SSS, for our comrades, and for the universe; Give them a bat out of Hell and Chaaaaaaaarrrrge!" LGN screamed, racing down and out to help shield the lives of so many innocent beings. LGN yanked out of his sword that glowed like a flashlight in the gloomy landscape. However, LGN had accidentally left behind his jetpack, which in the end would be his downfall.
Just before the party exited the safety of the Niluck's safeguard, a large meteor slammed just in front of them. LGN signaled for his comrades to stay close through it all. They could see the civilians sprint toward them as, demons, dragons, devils, and stone warriors that were too familiar for LGN to describe burst out of seems in the surface, even right under civilians. Civilians would end up falling into those falls by shear unluckiness and then some would get obliterated by meteors, let alone the creatures that would beat them down or eat them. The sequence of events took place in front of them was a gruesome sight to say the least and it was truly a death march, but the team had to do everything they could to stop the creatures hell-bent on bringing the world to a grinding halt.
Peram strikes the demons head on with his sword with little to no hesitation. Alice and Alex team up to eliminate the demons attacking the civilians and then hijack two dragons and try to take out the other dragons as Alex used his fire abilities to burn them to a crisp. LGN was going berserk with his sword smacking down all the creatures from the Fallen Angel Empire that stood in his way. He was filled with rage and adrenaline, and the fact that he only had one arm barely made a difference. He noticed a certain golem that was sent by Karocka was causing major chaos. He stumbled around a stone golem and hoped upon it's back. The golem was incapable of reaching LGN with his hands, but rocked back and forth violently to shake him off. LGN tried desperately to cling to the beast and then drove his sword into the hard rock of the beast. The golem exploded into little rocks that flew everywhere across the plains, as LGN landed awkwardly without his other arm to stabilize.
LGN took a quick second to see what was going on, and his findings were the most dreadful thing that could be seen. He people being scooped up be demons and dragons and dropped into the dark abysses surrounding the land. He saw one particular person clawing their way out that looked like Amaya, but a devil pounded his black boot into her hand and then LGN could see no more of her. He then heard a familiar yelp from his left. He turned and saw someone that was almost identical to Geo being stabbed in eight places. A demon then picked him up and flung him away and out of sight of LGN. He heard a blast from the ground and saw a man with an afro flying towards him. They collided, and when LGN looked up to see who had hit him he heard the man murmur "tittybiscuts" under his breath and died in LGN's arms. He could not believe it at all, LGN was too horrified to even say anything to Dobs. Just then, he heard a man ranting off near the entrance to the safety zone of the Niluck Stone.
"Freedom baby!" Kin yelled, "Take that you demons!" Before the man could celebrate any more his feet sank into the ground. Frazzled by what had happened he tried to keep running, but was stuck and was slowly being pulled under. LGN couldn't stand it any longer and he dashed for the Kin look alike screaming his name. Terror had engulfed LGN; this was the worst day in his entire life in its shortness. He lunged for Kin's body, but LGN was too late and Kin had sunk under the ground.
LGN's eyes began to water up behind his helmet and he pounded his fist into the ground. He gazed up looking for his friends Alex, Alice, and Peram. He spotted Alice and Alex still on the dragon helping out as much as they could handle, but Peram was nowhere to be seen.
LGN shouted his name "Peram!" he called out, but Peram couldn't be found. LGN's emotions from this point on were indescribable and can only be known that LGN had surpassed extremely frustrated and sad, he wanted revenge more then ever. He looked forward beyond the dwindling mob rushing towards him, bumping into his sides. He spotted a lone figure that resembled Peram and without further ado LGN busted with all of his might toward Peram.
CRACK!The earth cracked upon as if right on cue. The HQ pulled away from the land around it and made a gigantic gap. LGN wasn't going to let that defeat him and he leaped with all the hope he had left in him. He extended his arm as far as he could, but came up just short of the ledge. LGN fell faster and faster in the dark abyss knowing that now, his tale would end.
"NOOOOOOO!!!!!!" he shouted as his voice became softer as he fell further down into the hole.
[1 year after Ucria's Last]
"NO!" LGN screamed after waking up from a horrific nightmare that he simply wouldn't stop dreaming about. Practically everyday since he had nearly lost his life without a last minute save by Alex and Alice he has had this dream. They were getting and worse with each occurrence; this time...his comrades that he hadn't seen in what felt like a millennium were the stars of the show.
Dang it! Why can’t I just let go already! I know they are my friends and all, but I’m going to have to get a grip and relieve they are dead. I just want it all to end as soon as possible, anyway this calamity will come to a close. LGN thought.

After one year had passed LGN's hope had all but evaporated. He knew anyone that was living out there in the exposed part of the Smash Planet was a dead man, a phrase here meaning “They’re doomed”. LGN was losing self control and was near his breaking point. He soon secluded himself away from the rest of refugees -except Alex- because they would keep pestering him with little things they could do themselves. If there was one thing that was keeping the brawlers and forumers from making up it –at the time- was LGN. He seemed to be losing his cool a tad too often with them and made them think that somehow LGN had ice cold water running through his veins. He also was getting tired of the same small talk being overheard everyday; he couldn’t stand it at all; repetition was driving him up a wall. Life was getting difficult for LGN, and most of the time he would just lay in his bed sleeping or pondering about his purpose being there.
Is this a dream? He thought,
No, this is a nightmare. But the people are so real, how can I feel so attached to beings that don’t exist and have left this realm? So many questions, such little thought I can put into them. How can I return to my own time too and then come back here? God, none of it makes sense at all.[Approximately 2 Years after Ucria’s Last]
LGN stood in the portal room, which was vacant at the time because all the refuges that slept there had left to feast on the surplus of food the SSS HQ contained just in case an apocalypse would happen. LGN stared down at the ground with his helmet lying at his feet. His blue eyes were filled with sadness and depression. He had enough of everything going on there and just wanted to leave, for good. He looked at his pistol, he wasn’t much of a fan of pistols himself, let alone serve it as his peacemaker.
Before LGN was planning on taking his leave, he thought about all the memorable highlights he had with all the guys. He remembered when him, Dobs, Geo, the smashers, and later Kin, defeated a Blank clone and his minions in the great battle and tossed the bomb into the unmentionable dimension (or something like that). Then he remembered when him and Karocka had teamed up to take down the real Blank and his 11 other clones in an epic kill bonanza, which later in turn sent LGN and Karocka in a fierce battle to the death all around the Dojo’s vicinity, thus defeating Karocka and sending him to the Earth’s Core. He remembered leading the SSS forces into Subspace, helping Smashbro, detonating the bomb, and sealing away himself with Karocka and the SIE. He almost laughed when he remembered falling out of the sky and landing on Dobs when he tried to return to the HQ. All those memories, but then it got horrific from there on, and LGN never wants to think about those memories ever again.
And now it all comes down to this. He held his pistol in his hand and slowly pulled it up. He couldn’t take it, life was all too much for him. He despised his pain, he hated how he failed to save his friends, he beat himself up for losing his arm, but he dreaded most of all of living in this world, and not being in his own world where they needed him most –because this was all just a dream: his experiences were dreams, his pain was a dream, even his friends were dreams. However, in a few quick moments LGN learned, as he pointed the gun up to his skull that he was one hundred percent wrong.
“LGN, what are you doing?” Alex asked from on the other side of the room. LGN’s head jerked around to Alex, and then back to his pistol. His free hand clenched into a fist, motivation and salvation flowed though his veins like wild fire. He knew he had a purpose now, and that was too save the last friend he had left no matter the cost. LGN flung around and face an open portal and threw the pistol into the portal with a grunt; the gun disappeared without a trace. He breathed heavily, and then turned back to Alex –the man who had saved LGN from ruining his life. A small tear formed in his left eye, but was covered by his visor, as was his thankful smile.
“Nothing, Alex,” he said. “But thank you, thank you for saving me.”

LGN no longer wasted his time laying in bed and skulking in remorse. A day later after he regained his sanity LGN asked Captain Falcon if he could give him a handy robotic arm that could transform into many gismos and gadgets. Falcon agreed, and days later LGN had a new arm that practically made him forget about his old one. His arm could stretch out and grab objects such as books, ledges, or enemies. While that was a substantial improvement over his old arm it didn’t stop there. LGN’s arm could transform into almost every possible device known to the Smash World: a cannon, sword, hot dog cooker (with self dispensed mustard and ketchup dispensers), even sock puppets!
With his new arm LGN trained everyday from then on not giving in or stopping for breaks until the job was done, going through every possible situation he would face if he ever was confronted by danger. He became almost a “hunk” to say the least with his muscular triceps and biceps. He became a deadly shot with whatever firearm he brandished, and was a major threat up close.
As time passed by LGN started finishing the projects that he started and never finished. He, with the help of the refugees, built a submerged parking complex that he linked to the HQ that contained all the forms of transportation still left. In addition, he worked on the statue of the fallen entitled “Heroic Foreplay”. Carved into stone (with plenty of room) were Mariella and Mypguy two of the greatest SSS members in history that have passed on. LGN never made carvings out of his friends that disappeared seven years ago, he wasn’t sure if they were alive, but he knew that the right time to do so would be later.
LGN also gained more self esteem as he trained and trained. LGN no longer hid his face behind his helmet, which he now kept hidden in a secret spot no one would suspect. Ever since he saved his life LGN and Alex became amazing friends (he also became great friends with Alice). The two would always help each other out whenever in doubt or in need of a second hand. In his heart LGN swore to never lose his last friend like how he lost all his others.
[Present Time]
LGN emerged out of the training room, sweaty but grinning ear to ear. He seemed quite satisfied with his last few hours of training. He heard three strangers talking and were unfamiliar to him. He followed the sound of their voices to Samus’ ship. He knocked on the door and out popped an old friend.
“Peram!” LGN yelled, “You’re fly is undone,” he said smiling with a goofy fashion. His friend smiled and invited him to join them.
