Chapter 1: The Tournament Begins

As Saint trained against the Hell Warlords, Crehavos grew weary of observing so he told them he would head back to the castle until they were done. He was wondering now if he made a mistake forcing Saint to fight the Warlords, but if she defeats them, she will be one of his top soilders.

He arrived at his castle after awhile, and then went up to his bedroom. He layed down on his bed, and shut his eyes. But once he did, he was disrupted by his door opening.

There in the doorway stood the same woman Crehavos had seen the other day. The one with the slender body, long black hair and dress. Absolutely beautiful, and yet there was an ominous feel to her even though she looked like a kind woman.

"You..." Crehavos whispered.

The woman just stood there, staring at him. She closed the door and walked closer to him. Crehavos stood up, looking a bit confused. She then gestured for them to sit down, however she ended up being the only one to sit as Crehavos was not going to be comanded or told to sit down by an inferior person.

Her eyes looked very sad, almost looking as if she felt bad for Crehavos for some reason. She then took a deep breath and said, "I suppose you're wondering why I am here."

"Why wouldn't I? You came into my personal bedroom unannounced." Crehavos said, rather irritated. The Hell Lord then said, "Who are you?"

The woman looked at the ground, not saying anything. "Before I tell you my name, I must say this. The Orb of Ucria's Last does not belong in your hands. It is sacred and holy, it cannot fall into your clutches, for no one knows what unspeakable things will happen. For your dark heart will taint it beyond all repair."

Crehavos' eyes burned of anger, who does this woman think she is? Telling him what to do. "I am sorry, my dear, but I will not heed your warnings. What I want to know is... what is your name?"

She then looked directly into Crehavos' angry eyes and said, "I am Ucria Lerezé."

The Hell Lord's eyes widened in shock. This was the woman responsible for the creation of the orb her craved to obtain?

"And I am not the one who created it. That was my mother, who was also named Ucria. I am the one who first tainted it."

Crehavos stood there, looking baffled. He then came to his senses and said, "What became of you when you used it?"

Ucria's eyes began to fill with tears, and she whispered softly, "Terrible things..."

Bowser followed by Crehavos' entire new army headed into Hell to deliver them to the Hell Lord, letting him know Bowser has completed his mission. When they arrived at the gates of Hell, something was off. They were closed, and no guards were in front to let them in.

"What?! How are we suppose to get in?!" Bowser said in rage.

Bowser then backed quite a ways, and then ran at the stone gate as fast and as hard as he could. However, he just slammed into it, severely hurting his head. There was even a scratch on the shiny black stone.

"RAAAAAAGGHH!!! Why can't we get in?" The Koopa King roared.

"That's because the gates of Hell have been sealed shut... by me." A mysterious voice rang out. Then someone appeared in front of Bowser. "Oh good, it's you..." Bowser growled.

Ganondorf had grabbed Nhalini by the arm, and once they appeared back at SSS HQ (which was dark), he threw her at a bunch of people.

"You might want to get her to the hospital. Or you can leave her to die." Ganondorf said stiffly, his voice ringing out through the darkness.

"Why'd you hurt her so bad?" Someone called out. "We can't take her anywhere right now, we can't see!"

Ganondorf, being the King of Evil and having dark powers, can see in the dark thus finding the demon IOwnedYou wandering around breaking things and hurting people. "Your worries should be more on the person wandering around this room, causing you trouble. IOwnedYou should not be ignored... Nhalini you can worry about later." Ganondorf then set off a bit of light and it showed where IOY was. IOY quickly disappeared and Ganondorf's light faded. "You see?"

"Now, I must be off. I can't keep Crehavos waiting for long..." Ganondorf said, and he laughed his heartless laugh; disappearing in the darkness.

[Naked Snake II]

GEO: Steele, stay in the shadows of the wall. When the fight starts, pop out from the back and attack them head on.

STEELE: Got it.

Steele ran towards the wall of the house blending in with the shadow. From far away, Geo saw one of the Conglomerate clan's righthand man. Geru.

The ninjas got close.

GERU: Ah. Geo what a lovely suprise

GEO: Geru. Should have known only you would be low enough to attack Naga Town in the middle of the night.

GERU: Effective however isn't it?

GEO: Have you no sympathy about this town?

GERU: ........uh.....No. I'm only good for one thing in life.(pulls out katana) To Kill with my katana

OCC: Just to let everybody know my guy is still like 16-17.
Marc Knew it would be dangerous to go after man that threw him down to the floor since his hawk cant see well and was badly hurt, he would rely on his staff and Magic and knew that was not enough. he decided to go the opposite direction to find some help. He came toa room with two people one with a tail.
Marc: hey who is in here. I need help some guy attacked me and my hawk, I would go fight him but with out my hawk I wont be powerful enough.

[Dobs]

[Nhalini]
{SSS HQ}

Nhalini lied on the floor in the dark HQ, wounded, unable to stand up. She touched her hand to her forehead and a pulse of blue energy was emitted from her. Immediately after this action, Nhalini fell unconscious.

Meanwhile, Dobs, who was watching Nhalini's match up until the point where the Phoenix was unleashed, felt his mentor's distress signal. Dobs closed his eyes and attempted to teleport to the location of Nhalini's signal, however, not having mastered the technique, he couldn't focus for long enough to actually teleport. He did however, see that she lied in the main lobby.

Dobs stood up and spoke to Snake, Veronica, Alex, and Samus, "Nhalini is hurt. You guys tell the doctors to get ready for another patient. I gotta go find her." With that, Dobs sprinted down the hall, tripping over a coffee table. When Dobs got up, he began to run a bit more slowly, holding his arms out in front of him.

As he wondered aimlessly through the dark HQ he ran into Kin and a strange cat girl.

"Kin? Catwoman!?" Dobs asked confused.
"Amaya,"said Amaya. ((woot for redundancy))
"Nice to meet you, but I'm looking for my friend, she is injured and in the main lobby."
Kin pointed behind himself,"That way, and when you get to the wall turn left. By the way, have you seen Veronica around?"
"Yea, behind me, gotta go now!" Dobs ran off again and tripped over Amaya's foot. "BOB SAGGET!"

Dobs finally arrived in the lobby to find a group of extremely confused people, none of which could Dobs see the face of, searching throughout the room, apparently for iownedyou. It didn't take long before Dobs found exactly who he was looking for. Nhalini lied in the center of the room.

"You alright? Come on," Dobs grunted as he lifted the alien woman into his arms, "I'm taking you to the Infirmary, they did wonders for Samus. I saw you turn into the Phoenix, then the power was cut what happened?"

Dobs began to run again with Nhalini sprawled out in his arms. After a few moments she whispered into his ear, "His power is rising... we must release It soon if he is to be stopped..."

((OOC: This may seem completely irrelevant, but is crucially important later, so read it plz ))

Synkard was not always a place of evil. Nor was it ever a place of good. Synkard was created as a place for souls to go before being ferried into the next life. Not the next life as in Heaven or Hell, although this was the case for most scenarios. Once in Synkard, a soul would choose its own path as to where it would continue its existence. The realm is sealed away between dimensions and cannot be found; except by those who already know where it is.

However, many years ago, a malevolent force took the area by storm. This King of Darkness ((No reference to KOD intended)) needed a base of operations, and the un-findable nature of Synkard caught his eye. Using dark Magic, he called to a fallen warrior whom once served the dark lord. The warrior fed Malik directions as to how one could enter Synkard without going through the rather unpleasant process of death. With this knowledge, Malik led an army through Synkard, destroying its overseers and the souls who were residing in it.

Once Malik took control, the realm took a drastic turn for the worst. He refused to listen to the souls who passed through the area, leaving them to find their destination on their own, and devouring those who did not heed his command. The longer he remained in the dimension, the more it shifted to his likeliness. Synkard slowly fell into Darkness, once a completely empty dimension, is now a shadowy wasteland, similar to subspace.

Eventually, Malik found a way to seal the entrance of Synkard so that only those loyal to his rule could enter. Although this barrier eliminated the intermediary step in the process of moving between life and the afterlife for most souls, it was not infallible. Once in a while, a soul whom did not deserve death would appear at the gates of Synkard. The souls believed that they deserved life and asked Malik for his help to return it. The Dark King would laugh at such proposals and devour these souls, making his own power greater.

Malik's hold on Synkard has only gotten stronger as time passes. He conducts his business from there and leaves only when he has important things to attend to outside of the realm's boundaries.

Synkard will remain in Darkness until its ruler is dead.

Veronica: seriously what is going on here!? once i find Kin Im telling him to grab the falcon flyer and we are leaving this place!

Snake: its too late for that..he is probbobly wrapped up in something right now and so are we...we have a urgent message to be delivered to the hospital wing and i plan on making it there with everyone here..now we will have samus lead the way because she has her visor...giving her full vision in the dark. ill give alex my flashlight for he will be in the back looking out just in case iownedyou pops up. veronica if something happens i want you to hide for you are defensless..is that clear?

veronica: yes.

samus: wow...i havent seen you put that much incentive in getting something done right before..

Alex: well lets get a move on we must stop this iowendyou person.

Kin: oh thats dobs...a fellow member of the SSS...we have been through alot together...wait...how did you know he looked alien i could barley see you...let alone dobs..

Amaya: heh cat like abilities also...i can see more with my eyes than you could do with yours...wait...oh im sorry..i diddnt notice you were wearing an eyepatch..so sorry. please forgive me!

Kin: dont worry about it...at least i still can fire a gun he said as he pushed his silver hair back as he retied his black bandana...hey lets see if you can help me get to the docking bay..with your eyes it would help me alot.

[SSS HQ: 4th Floor]

Professor E. Gadd was among the most troubled when the power had gone out. For in addition to the lights, all the whirrings and buzzing machines of his second lab, located on the 4th floor of the HQ, had stopped completely. And he had just been working on a machine which experimented the fabric of dimensions, too.

"Gadzooks, it's dark in here!" The diminutive scientist proclaimed. "Spooky, too. I can't see a thing!" But then he heard a variety of clamorous noises coming from lower floors. Gadd felt along a counter near the east wall, but couldn't find a flashlight. He was about to just give up and sit still until the power came back, when two beams of light hit the wall of his lab from down the stairs.

"Er...who's there?" E. Gadd inquired. He braced himself for a potential enemy. But the Brawler that came up, his own creation, was most definitely not an enemy. R.O.B. the Robot, or Robotic Operating Buddy, was using his two mechanical eyes as beams of light to illuminate the way. He spotted the professor and rushed towards him joyously.

"Creator! (but saying it so 'creator' rhymes with 'more') I have found you! My sensors indicate that you are unharmed. But there is a dangerous entity within these walls lurking around. We are not safe here. The premises must be evacuated immediately."

"Dangerous?" Gadd was puzzled. "But...how could any enemies get inside? The Niluck Stone creates a barrier rendering this headquarters impenetrable!"

"My logic mechanisms conclude that someone must have deactivated it from the inside. We may check on it on the way downstairs. But be careful, Creator..."

"But who?..." For once, the great thinker of the Mushroom Kingdom had come upon an enigma he couldn't solve.

By this time, the Stopwatches' effects had run out. So now, Bob Snicket and Mr. Game & Watch were in a situation which was out of control. Not only was the wind constantly blowing at them, oftentimes off the edge, but whichever invisible hand responsible for the drawings on this stage was going wild. Every imaginable Smash Bros-related object had been drawn, and in most cases hurled at them. Life after life was lost, and yet both combatants were still in the 800's. With the chaotic state of Pictochat, they could only throw in small snippets of conversation between falls.

A decent amount of time later, the stormy Pictochat malfunction had been replaced by something equally formidable: stick figures, armed with swords and other weapons all drawn with black lines. They fell upon both Snicket and Game & Watch, who defended themselves, coincidentially, both with hammers.

"Darn," Bob shouted as he smashed a stick figure in half with his Super Hammer. "Where's that AOL Instant Messenger guy when you need him?" (OOC: reference to Animator vs. Animation 2; if you haven't seen it, you should...)

"We have to get out of here." Game & Watch burned several stick figures with his black flame.

"Indeed," Snicket agreed. He resorted to his previous loud voice. "SAKURAI! BOTH OF US OFFICIALLY QUIT THIS MATCH! END IT NOW!" But they were still not booted from their match.

Something is definitely wrong here.

Amaya gave a quick nod. “I could probably help a little bit better then just being a guide though.”

She then made light form in her hand making it possible to see.

“I can be a flashlight.” Amaya said childishly.

“And I wouldn’t be a very good guide anyway because I barley know my way around.” She said sheepishly smiling.

Kiru stood in front of the doors to the SSS HQ.

“So, this where she should be, huh?” he said to himself opening the door, only finding out it was dark inside.

“Either someone hasn’t been paying bills or there’s a little troublemaker about.” Kiru muttered.

“Interesting…” he said smirking.

His scythe then gave a dim blue glow, making it easier for him to see.

“Well now that I’m here, I might as well have a little practice with the people around here. If I don’t meet with Amaya first.” Kiru said with a sly smirk on his face.

He then started to make his way through the dark halls.

“Watch out SSS because there’s a new cat in town.” he said the same smirk pasted on his face.

Peram puts up his hood and starts to walk out the door.
Sakurai: Where are you going chaaaa?!?

Peram: To learn who I am.

Peram walks outside. He walks for a few hours and finds himself in a forest meadow. He places a speckled glowing golden orb on the ground. He waves his left hand over it. Light starts to flood out of the orb, and when it goes away...Peram is gone.

LGN: I got it! We send a call to the others.

Lucario: Fine, put just remember to call the right people.

LGN: What's that suposed to mean?

Lucario: Just remember.

LGN: Oookay. *punches in the "all call" key in the Smash Orb* Hello all SSS memebers! This is LGN speaking, and just to clear things up no I am not dead, but living and learning. Me and Lucario are stuck in the Norfair stage and are tring to escape, please do anything you can to get us out and stop Iownedyou. Over.

Alex mentioned to Snake, Veronica and Samus, "I think I should lighten things up"

He made a quick gesture with both his hands and fireballs appeared in his palms, lighting the dark hallway.

As the group continued through the dark halls, Alex started getting more than a tad nervous, due to the fact that when bad turned to worse, Derek and Angie always gave him a ring, he started to shudder at the possibilities. He didn't want the others to see that.

He faked enthusiasm "Anyone wanna kill the silence?" he said with a faux chuckle "Somebody ask me something." He sounded a lot more cocky than he meant.

The Hell Lord just looked at the saddened beauty, his heart actually feeling a brief bit of pity, but it quickly went away.

"Can you define terrible things?" Crehavos asked sternly.

Ucria just shook her head, "The only thing I could say is that I pray for the souls I destroyed... and I'm deeply sorry to my mother..."

Crehavos smiled darkly, and he then said, "It doesn't matter what you've gone through. All that matters is that I have one of my men going to retrieve the Orb in the Hylian Mountains. I will soon destroy everything..."

Ucria looked up at Crehavos in confusion. She said, "The Orb isn't in Hyrule."

Crehavos' smiling expression faded, and was replaced by a look of absolute fury.

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN IT'S NOT IN HYRULE?!" Crehavos shrieked.

"I said it's not in Hyrule. And I'm not telling you where it is; you may look for eternity, but you will never find it." Ucria said simply.

The floor under the Hell King's feet began to crack, his power was releasing out of him slowly in anger. He stepped forward, grabbing Ucria by the shoulders, bringing her to her feet.

"I want you to tell me..... where is the Orb?" Crehavos spat, his teeth actually turning into his demon fangs he usually hid.

Ucria, however, remained calm and said, "I will never say... I don't want what became of me.... to happen to you too."

Crehavos, furious, threw Ucria on the hard, glossy, black stone floor. She landed gently for someone who was thrown so hard.

"Why?"

At this, Ucria got up and kissed the Hell Lord on his cheek. She began whispering in his ear as before. "It is for your own good. Even you would not want such a fate that comes along with the horrid power it brings."

This time however, Crehavos brought his mouth to her ear, and whispered, "To cloak all in the eternal darkness, no light will shine to escape it. That is the fate that will befall everyone and everything, and no one can stop me. Not the SSS, not the world, and most certainly... not... you..."

Ucria backed away from him, shaking her head, a tear rolling down her cheek. She disappeared in a blink of an eye, leaving Crehavos alone think of why this woman was so determined to stop him... and why she had this sad look everytime she looked at him.

It was Zant that had sealed the Gates of Hell shut, blocking all from entering or exiting. Bowser, backed by Crehavos' entire new army stood in front of him; they were all angry and ready to put a hurt on the deranged Twili.

"Unseal this gate now, Zant. If you know what's good for you..." Bowser said, his words laced with death.

"I don't think I will, thanks. I'd much rather you try to get past me and without the help of your pathetic army." Zant said snidly.

"Ah that's the thing, fool. He's not going to even be the one fighting you: it'll be me." A voice rang out.

Ganondorf stepped out of the shadows, looking smug and ready for battle. Zant began laughing, louder and louder; truly sounding like the maniac he is.

Zant then spoke. "You can't defeat me now Ganondorf! I have achieved new powers, AND I know for a fact you lost your piece of the Triforce! You don't stand a chance."

Ganondorf continued to smirk, and then lifted up his fist, showing that the Triforce piece was there. Zant said loudly, "WHAT?!"

"What were you saying, Zant? And besides, that's not the only extra power I have now." Ganondorf and Bowser exchanged grins and then both showed their symbols on their hands from Crehavos; showing that he has gifted them both with immense power."

Zant began stomping around like a child, saying, "THAT'S NOT FAIR!" T_T

Ganondorf then summoned his sword from thin air and said, "Now then, let's begin our battle, shall we? And once I win, you open the gates up again."

"F...fine..." Zant stammered. Both got into position, and were ready to fight to the death.

He saw a group of people that were going to the hospital wing. And everyone seemed to know he was inside. Well this is just dandy... He saw them stop and look at him. " Who's there?!" Alex shined his flashlight where IOwnedYou was and only saw his figure for half of a half of a second. " Damnit...", he whispered to himself. He ripped out dead cords from the walls making a loud noise. Then he heated them up and threw them onto Alex. He crawled across the wall and behind them and made ice freeze up Samus's beam cannon. He grabbed Snake by his wrist from behind and twisted it then cracked it and threw him down onto the ground. He didn't see this Verconica girl. She was hiding. Samus tried to hit him but he grabbed her shoulders and flipped her over. Snake managed to trip him and hold a knife to him. " SPEAK!" Snake yelled. IOwnedYou laughed and closed his eyes. He opened them quickly and grabbed the blade of the knife with his hand. It stung a little, but he twisted the knife around and ripped it out of Snake's hand cutting it and then he stabbed it into his shoulder. Alex threw the fireball at IOwnedYou. " Hm?!" he was hit and stepped back only a few inches.

Part of his ice armor on his leg melted away. He grabbed Alex then and slammed his head against the wall. He grabbed Samus by her arm and swung her right into the left side of the wall. He jumped from Snakes trip this time and slammed down right onto his ankle making it crack loud and possibly break. " What a waste of my time... ", just then the hiding girl came out of nowhere and shot him in the unarmored spot with a pistol. " Gurah!" he fell down onto his knee. " What the hell?!" he yelled. " VERONICA!!!! WHAT ARE YOU DOING???!!!!" Snake yelled. IOwnedYou quickly got up and disarmed her gun. He snapped it's trigger off and broke it in half. He elbowed the girl into the gut and she fell over easily. All of them were on the ground injured. He walked off leaving them like they are. Very injured. The SSS is going down one by one... He chuckled then continued onwards.

"Motherfu**in piece of sh**." X said, walking the dark corridors of the SSS HQ. "Why the motherfu**in he** is that bas**rd being a pain in the a**." He ran into somebody, and quickly took out his steel dagger.
"Woah, I'm good." Pit said, dodging the dagger.
"Who the he** is the guy who is going this?" X asked.
“Iownedyou,” said Link, coming up to them.
“Bi***.” X replied.
“Why do you swear so much?” Pit asked.
“What the he** does it mean to you?” X asked. “Now look. I found this note on the ground. You think it’ll help?”

SSS,
Sorry I can’t be there to help but I hear there is a problem. All you need to do is get his limiters back on, and he should return to normal. I have a makeshift one here, but I don’t know if it’ll even work. I’ll try to get back as soon as I can but I am kinda busy. If you need somewhere safe, then go to the Dojo, Sakurai could probably make it so it doesn’t let Iownedyou near.

Alex slowly got up, his face covered in blood, his cheek bone was completely shattered, he was in total pain.

But he was used to that. He saw IOY's slowly retreating figure. "Son of a b-"

"Alex! Samus!" The good Doctor yelled the most easily seen injured. Derek noticed Snake and Veronica's injuries as well. He injected calming sedative in all of the patients.

"How'll this help?" Alex inquired

"It heels most of your small time wounds, the big stuff will need surgery." Angie replied, attempting cheeriness, but epically failing.

"Give me more" Alex commanded.

"Why?"

"I'm going to fight him head on, I realize that it's rather foolish, but I"m not doing this out of pride, well I am just a little, but the thing is, by the time we're ready to fight, that... that, that fiend we'll have this whole place up in flames." Alex said through clenched teeth.

"Well, I can understand" stated the doctor "but we'll have to use this" he pulled out a slightly longer needle from his white coat, "This is highly advanced controlled tranquilizer" he noticed his company's concern, "Don't worry, it's not gonna knock you out, or at least if it's not overdosed it won't, it should just disguise the pain for about five hours, you have that long to find and beat this IOwnedYou guy, after that, you'll be knocked unconsious and be taken to surgery, if we're all still alive by then."

Angie was already injecting the tranquilizer in Alex.

Veronica was lying on the bed in pain Samus was having issues also..

Alex: I see you cant fight..what about you?

Snake: cough*...I dont think ill be able too also..looks like you will be alone for a bit...

Veronica: wait..*Ow*..what...about ....Kin?...he can help you...you saw him fight mario...

Alex: you mean the guy with the silver hair and the eyepatch?.....thats Kin..

Snake: Ya see if you can find him...im in no condition to help..that Iownedyou is pretty powerfull...he and smashbro have been duking it out for a while now...and without his limiters Iownedyou could possibly Kill you...good luck

Alex: dont worry guys ill be back alive and veronica you will get to see kin
