it acts normal, just not whiny anymore I had cat and she was awesome..Or so I thought. Male cats are frickin' douchebags. As for you guys that keep saying this is old news, well ya'll spoiled. This is the first time I saw this article or heard such news about cats. I'll just stick my dogs..and bats. |

A quick tidbit: My female cat, Xena, had a lesbian relationship with my....wait for it......DOG! It was hilarious, and I kind of think she was heart broken when they got separated. Additionally, she didn't really like the male cat either... |

Every male cat I've ever seen has been a great deal nicer than female cats. They're friendlier, want to play, and don't eat you when you want to pick them up.
Female cats on the other hand hate everything.

Female cats come to you when they want attention or food but when you want some attention, they get a little irritable. Kinda like someone's wife.  |

Yeah.. I think that you guys have it backwards.. I think male cat's are always much more nice and playful than the females.. and this is person who has had 6 cats (or more, those are just instantly the ones that pop in my head) with mixed genders. The girls, especially when they get older.. HATE being touched. They just want food, water, and then for you to leave them alone.
It's the male cats' that always come in the middle of the night and start purring in you eat, wanting to be petted and cuddled.

I just find that female cats come to you when the want something but they don't want to be touched any other time.

My cat is like the exact opposite. My cat (who is a male) always bites my hand when I try to pet him. He does the same with my dad. However, with my mom, he doesn't do this.
I have another cat who is a female who loves all three and doesn't pick favorites. She hates the male cat though because he's dumb.
