Edit: Nazo isn't a character. He's a piece of concept art from a series everyone seems to agree was a general let-down. Then again, nothing could ever fill the shoes of SatAM. (looks back through time with rose tinted goggles the size of a small state)

Metal Sonic.
I always liked the sort of "Misguided creation" sort of characters, and in one of the Sonic movies (forgot which one or even if there is more than one. Honestly doesn't matter to me) he's a complete badass through and through.

gasp. Dis list is lacking of epicness.. o.o;; Okeh, dere ish lotsa forms of Sonic canon. Including every single one as well.. canon, I would have to say the best Sonic character ish none other than Julie-Su from Archie comix canon. Out of the video game canon, den it get's a bit closer. The classix like Sonic, Tails, Knuckles cannot be ignored.. and I would rather keep them than another other characters out there. But despite that, I ish a girl and bond better with female characters, so my favorite ish Cream the Rabbit, followed by Amy.. cuz I guess imma sexist. D= But again, would rather keep the originals anyday. ^^;; more dear to mah heart. EDIT @ Lloyd: With this, i must again bring Amy's roots.. Archie Comix canon into this. Despite the fact that Amy calls herself Sonic's girlfriend without anything to back that up.. they do share a bond. When everyone believed Sonic to have betrayed dem, or the time he was thrown in jail in issue.. umm.. v.v;; (cant remember, hope someone else can) Amy was liek, one of the only ones to remain by his side.. and is his No.1 fan. Sonic does liek her.. but probably not love.  He's too cool for love. |

I do not see Rouge here...
Shadow ish included and he dies but no Rouge?
Anyway... my favorites are Knuckles, E-102, Rouge, and Amy...
I can't choose one though to be my ultimate favorite....
