[Iskra] [Hyrule Castle Town]
“Yes, there are many capable warriors in this land, but few are of the women folk. You are the first I have seen in some time, Sister.” The Goron rumbled. The market crowd parted like water before him, making way for the goliath creature. Iskra, mounted on his shoulders, wasn’t sure whether to be grateful for the convenient mode of transportation, or annoyed by the preferential treatment.
“And what of the Princess Zelda? Do you think it likely that I’ll gain audience with her, Droba?” She asked. Her voice was calm and even, and she maintained a posture of pure nonchalance. She was still somewhat weary of this Goron creature, but she had grown fond of him. His talk of his Brothers on “Death Mountain,” and their tightly knit community reminded her very much of her comrades back home. What was more; she sensed a basic, innate goodness in the creature-a simple view of the world, dominated by strength and loyalty, held together by basic kindness and kinship. Not quite the basic soldier’s honesty, but it was close.
The Goron paused, turning his blue gem eyes towards her. “I cannot say. If you speak for your tribe, then perhaps. She is a good ruler.” They had made their way back into town square, completing their tour of the city. “Now, I must return to my Brothers at the gate. I will tell our Patriarch of your visit, and would be honored to introduce you.” Iskra nodded and slid from his shoulder, landing lithely at his side.
Bowing to her guide, she gave her thanks. “Thank you, Brother Goron, I would be honored.”
The Goron laughed and began to turn away. Just then though, a blood curdling scream rent the air, followed by shouts of rage and alarm. Iskra and the Goron glanced at each other, then raced towards the source of the noise. This time however, the massing crowd did not yield to the massive Goron. Both bellowed for the others to move aside, but the confused throng merely dissolved into a confused panic, buffeting Iskra from all sides. She’d had enough.
“Droba!” She roared, and the Goron turned back towards her. “Throw me!” He nodded, then squatted low, holding his hands out before him in the boost-up position. Swatting terrified shoppers out of the way, Iskra dashed forward, leaping onto Droba’s massive hands. With an explosive upward thrust, he hurled her into the air as if she were a mere twig. With a tight tuck and roll, Iskra arced through the sky, landing neatly in front of the frenzied crowd, the aftermath of a double murder playing out before her.

[MM, Kaemon, Millica, smashbro] Temple: Poe/Skeleton Golem Room
WIth a moment's hesitation, Millica finally responded in a nonchalant manner to Smashbro, casually stating "Honestly it makes no difference to me. Sorry to sound so cold, but this isn't my job. I came along as a stroke of kindness towards you, not compassion towards them."
Way to go.
Only after she said it did she realize what an edge her words had- those weren't the words of a Kerensky.
[Ezekiel Crow] [Outside Hyrule Castle town]
The crowd was nothing. Already in their future Ezekiel could see them fighting and dying at his hand, even as more of them gathered. Each of them was robbed of their previous fortune, and only then did Ezekiel see what the repercussions of such a violent act really had on the time stream- all these people had been changed. How fascinating.
Before he could begin his research, he noticed another Goron, this one in the back of the crowd, which heaved a small human his way. Knowing full well of this before hand was proving to be handy, as it allowed him to step away, keeping his distance from her as she landed before the amazed crowd. But something happened he did not expect- he could indeed see her future as he could anyone else's but only a few seconds, unlike the many years he could see on the others.
He drew his head back and tilted his hat upward in a defiant manner. How fascinating.

[Iskra] {Hyrule Castle Town]
Iskra rose from her low crouch and surveyed the situation. A gaunt, robed man stood defiantly above two corpses, utterly indifferent to the angry mob forming before him. Interesting. He looked almost like the ancient Arcaners from her old storybooks; tattered robes, a pointy hat, and even an ancient spell book. The blood wetted rapier detracted from the appearance though.
“All of you,” she said, pointing to the small group of fighters who had surrounded the man. “Leave this one to me. Droba, lead these people to safety.”
It was said that Imperial Revenants could stroll stark naked through town square and look fully clothed, so fierce and self assured were their gazes. Now, as always, Iskra was clothed in her Kirmizi Battle Uniform, bristling with hidden weapons and technological marvels for murder, and it showed on her face. It is not surprising then that the shell shocked crowd silently obeyed her command. As the frightened mass withdrew, Iskra leveled her gaze at the Arcaner. Her face was lax, almost bored, but something deathly glimmered in her eyes. She motioned to the bodies on the ground. “Busy morning.”

[MM, Kaemon, Millica, smashbro, Haylee] Temple: Poe/Skeleton Golem Room
"Alright," MM said, "I'm making my decision. I came here to prevent a vision, and that's exactly what I plan to do. I will proceed through the temple, most likely will multiple precipice. I will hope that any will join me, but make your decisions by your own means, not based on me. I'll move on to the next room. Those who follow will go to stop a conflagration and help the Zoras, and those who don't will proceed with their own missions. I depart in the morning. This place feels less safe by the minute, but we can only hope that daylight will help lift the cold touch of the thick air." MM walked over to the edge of the circular plateau they were standing on and sat down, legs hanging over the edge. He began drawing in the dust. Nothing particularly interesting. Just random patterns. Then he realized a similarity between what he had just drawn and the room they were in.
He began drawing more rooms, with small words in them. He finished the first section, labeled B1. He kept drawing the next "floor" and with small labels in each room, vaguely representing what he may encounter.
"What are you doing, MM?" Haylee asked, with a slightly irritated tone. "How can you think about all the Zoras that could die and sit down drawing?"
"This," MM said, labeling B2," Is a map to the temple. Here we are." He pointed to a large circular room. "And I'm assuming the Zoras are here." He pointed to the Arbiter's Room. "Logically, they would make their shrine in the room of his death, thus that is where we're headed, or at least where I'm headed. Follow along if you must, but not until morning. It's best not to venture into a thick aired temple with little sleep and an empty stomach." MM got up and approached Smashbro and showed him the map. "So if you come along with me, this is where we need to go. You remember this temple just as well as I do, if not better! I'm leaving in the morning, so make sure you're prepared after a brief breakfast."

While MM was drawing, smashbro went over to Millica with a frown on his face. Of course smashbro would accompany MM in the morning, this was the point of coming in here. But he still felt like they shouldn't leave Millica alone, even if she seemed not to care about the Zoras. "Look, Good for you, you don't care about this. Whatever. But why are you here then? Just for the laughs? If you don't care, why'd you even come with us in the first place?"

[MM, Kaemon, Millica, smashbro] Temple: Poe/Skeleton Golem Room
Millica started to answer, but stopped herself. Biting her lip, she looked away from Smashbro and placed a knuckle on her chin as she considered her answer.
So this is what the world outside Karna is like. Full of irrational uncertainty.
Millica half turned back to the ally she may have lost, her face empty of emotion.
"I came out of support for you. You and your group looked like you could use an extra arm and mine aren't being put towards anything useful anyway." She had tried not to sound as harsh as she did, but that was too late now. When she looked back on this event, years later, she would curse herself for not asking sooner- she was certain to help had she known what a Zora was.
[Ezekiel Crow, Iskra] [Outside Hyrule Castle Town]
Ezekiel locked his eyes on the smaller warrior, his calculations working on overdrive as his skull throbbed with the pain of history swirling about him. This person could do the same thing he could, change history- had she read from the book?
Impossible. I was the first to do it without going insane. But then there was no evidence that she wasn't insane. Having someone else around who could alter the flow of time would change his effectiveness wildly- improving it for the better so easily.
"Busy like you wouldn't believe." Ezekiel said softly, trying to keep the conversation going. Behind the crowd Ezekiel could already see the fallen man's comrades approaching, their gleaming metal skins catching his eye despite only appearing between the shocked bodies of those who had gathered to see what he had done.

"Thanks for coming with us, we do appreciate that.," smashbro replied, sighing. He figured she would at least feel bad, or be angry, but from her face he could see...nothing. "But we're the type of people who go out and fight others who have done wrong, or go to protect those in need. Thats why I'm so ...not angry really, disappointed that you're not like that. I mean, we're a dying group. There are fewer of us than ever, and now we could use all the help we can get. By all means you're no enemy to me, but ... ah, whatever. Just good luck doing whatever you're going to do. But if you ever need help, come to us, we'll be there. We're the SSS."

[Iskra, Ezekial] [Hyrule Castle Town]
Something’s…off… Iskra thought. That look in his eye… She began to slowly circle the man, keeping her distance at about ten feet. She held her head cocked to the side, showing only a partial profile of her face. What’s going on here? Why doesn’t this feel right? He had just murdered two people, and Iskra and the entire Castle Guard were ready to repay the favor. Yet here he remained, calm and indifferent. But that’s not it either. Iskra’s eyes narrowed as she glared at the pale outline of the killer’s vital organs outlined against her Oculus lenses. What is it?
The man glared back, locking eyes with her. And then she knew. This man had no intention of fighting. He was staring at Iskra as if he’d just…just found something, something valuable. Valuable and dangerous. Iskra’s curiosity began to rise. In truth, she had no obligation to avenge this man’s victims. She had no reason to rush into hasty decisions. She could play the role of assassin just as well as warrior, if need be.
Iskra stopped her wide circling as she drew level with the man. With a jerk of her head, she nodded back towards the onrushing soldiers. “Perhaps we should continue this conversation elsewhere.”

((Yes I know this post is sloppy, so Imma edit it later. It's late but I want to keep the RP going))
{MM, Kaemon, Millica, smashbro} [Temple: Poe/Skeleton Golem Room]
Millica hesitated, wondering for a long moment if she should reconsider, but decided against it. "It's nice to know there are decent people out here, in the world." She said softly, her voice barely audible. He didn't turn to face Smashbro- she doubted she could at this point. "But not everyone is so good."
She took a mere two steps before turning to him, however she prevented eye contact by lowering her hat to shield her eyes from his. "You can do me one favor, though: If you ever see a small boy, purple coat with a white hat by the name of Allard Liao, tell me. It's very important to me."
Without awaiting an answer, she exited the room and was on her way out of the temple.
[Iskra, Ezekial] [Hyrule Castle Town]
Ezekiel smiled in a wide, devilish grin. "Indeed, elsewhere it is then." His words held no malice, but their tone was harsh and beaten, sounding as a man would after a long, hard day's work.
"There's a small tavern and inn a few leagues south of here- meet me there at sunset." Ezekiel said with a laugh, his voice smooth and calm despite his situation. With that, he spun in a whirlwind of gray cloth, sliding his sword back into the confining grip of his book, wherein it dissipated into nothing. "I'll be waiting for you." His body glowed with an eerie light, reduced itself to static and faded out completely.
[Entering: Tavern]
Ezekiel appeared in an empty room within the tavern he had arranged his meeting within. Throwing his meager possessions in a small bag, he prepared for a quick escape as he eagerly awaited his guest's arrival.

[Iskra] [Hyrule Castle Town]
Iskra did not have much trouble excusing herself from the guards that swarmed her with questions after her strange encounter. Dozens had seen her confront the man, and it was easy to simply say he had fled. As soon as the guards accepted this, she was released and free to go on her way.
It was regrettable that her meeting, or her attempt to meet with the Princess Zelda would be postponed, but she doubted she’d be going anywhere. And besides, she was in need of allies. Droba and his Goron brothers were obviously capable warriors, but she doubted they would stoop to the base, violent level that her duties sometimes required. All men rose from dust and ash, and to dust and ash all men returned. Iskra had never left it. And she doubted this mysterious Arcaner ever had either.
So, a several hours later and some distance to the south, she found herself entering a small tavern inn at sunset. The interior was dark and hazy, filled with mysteries and dangers. An appropriate meeting place. Iskra entered and took a seat in the corner, lazily glancing over her surroundings. And waited.

{MM, Kaemon, Millica, smashbro, Haylee} [Temple: Poe/Skeleton Golem Room] The morning came abruptly. MM hadn't even slept, he continued working on his map, to explain it to his team. Smashbro was up next. He sat up from the uncomfortable sanded ground, holding his hand on his neck. He had not had a very good night sleep, due to MM's excessive movement, but Smashbro was able to overcome his exhaustion. He looked over at MM, still drawing. "Still drawing?" Smashbro grunted. "Yeah," MM sighed, rubbing his eyes. "Got a bit more details on it." MM unveiled his map. 1F2FB2"What about B1?" Haylee asked, now awake. "B1 isn't important," MM replied, jokingly. "There's not much down there. Only a couple minuscule items and gimmicks down there. Now, I'm going to grab and go for breakfast. I packed a few pastries in case you are interested." MM then left to the next room.

{Millica} [Outside the Arbiter's Grounds]
Stepping out into the bright sunlight, Millica found herself on the steps of the Arbiter's grounds, no worse for wear, all things considered. Seating herself on the steps, she pondered heavily the idea of waiting for Trinity, something she ultimately decided was the best course of action. With this thought in her mind, she seated herself upon the steps and thus began her waiting.
[Iskra, Ezekiel] [Hyrule Castle Town]
It wasn't hard for Ezekiel to spot her, even without the guidance of the book. Just as before, he knew what she was going to do mere moments before she did it, almost so quickly that it practically negated him seeing it at all. How.... fascinating.
A sly, devilish smile arced across his face, fading in turn as he pushed his glasses up further on his nose. She had actually come to see him, and that alone surprised him. What's more, she wasn't actively trying to kill him yet. Why was that?
No better way to learn than to ask.
With a long stride, Ezekiel seated himself at a table and waited for Iskra to see him, and when she would (and he knew she would- there wasn't even the slightest hint of a doubt that she would) he would motion for her to sit, chat, and reveal her secrets. He had many, many questions for her, and hopefully, an ally to make.

smashbro agreed with MM, and sat down once more. It was a lot to wrap his head around, what had happened the past day or do. he figured it was for the best though, and was sure things would turn out well. He had somewhat wanted to go after Millica, but he figured that she needed to deal with whatever she needed to, and one day she would be back. He knew that she would be his friend one day.
But closer to him, he still did not know why exactly MM had been unwilling to tell him why he and Haylee came from the start. MM knew that smashbro would have gotten it out of him no matter what and would have helped. But still, it was getting to be like the good old days of the SSS. Minus all the crap that went down.
And then there was Haylee. He liked her, and maybe even treated her special, her being teh one she went to about his problem when he was X. But he wasn't attracted to her like that. Back home was no better, he had lots of really good friends, and often confused them to maybe like him. Thats why he always felt the need to pair people up and help them get together with their crushes. Then, in the end, he would be left with one girl, and no matter who, he would have a special relationship with her he knew. But still, he could not find someone himself. So he couldn't really blame Haylee for the way she was acting, but still found it a little saddening.
Finally, smashbro realized that he had no idea what to do next. Well, in the long run he had an idea, but for this temple, and finding Link. This was upsetting to him, but of course he didn't let it show, and waited for his pastries in silence.
OCC: Yeah, MM, just made something out of nothing. Don't know where you want to go with this right now.

Iskra spotted the man instantly, and watched him take a seat. What swarthy looking individual he was, weather beaten and chiseled looking. Life had not been kind to this one, and she doubted he’d been kind to life. She leaned back in her seat, contemplative. Killers could generally recognize other killers, almost instinctually. There needn’t be any particular look about them-though this one certainly had it. They could just sense when death followed another.
Iskra rose morosely, her expression bored, and slowly meandered over to the man. She sat down across from him, lounging unconcernedly. “It’s customary to offer a lady a drink when you invite her to a bar.”

[Iskra, Ezekiel] [Hyrule Castle Town]
Ezekiel smiled softly at his guest. "Many things have changed since I've been gone. It's been some time since I last set foot in this place-- but I somehow got the idea that you also have never been here." He smiled and snapped his fingers, getting the attention of the man behind the bar, who promptly handed a pair of mugs to a young woman, who then in turn placed them upon Ezekiel's table with a bitter look of contempt on her face.
Taking a sip of his drink without actually ingesting any, Ezekiel held his drink in front of him. "I'm sure at least one person in that crowd heard what I told you, to meet me here and there won't be to long before that one either catches on to where we are or tells someone. No doubt they are already on their way and I'll bet the guards won't take to kindly to my deeds." His eyes narrowed as he placed his drink back down, tilting his hat with a tip of his head while their eyes met.
"My name is Ezekiel Crow and I am as far removed from the Time Stream as far as you are."
