I personally believe it's a close tie between SCIV Nightmare and SCII. If there's an SCI Nightmare, I didn't know about it so I didn't add it.

The new nighmare Looks godly, soul calibur two nighmare looks cool, but in soul caliber he was Siegfried, who created Nightmare as an alter-ego.  |

I just like, saw SCIV Nightmare a few minutes ago. I like SCII Nightmare because he sticks as the original, but the SCIV Nightmare just scares the crap out of me, despite those ugly feet.
