I have all but the Diskun trophy, because you have to get every bonus point in the game, but it doesn't check off the ones I've already gotten, so I'm not going to stay awake for 3 days trying to get 1 trophy

It should, I believe you have a glitch. It would be impossible to have Classic clear and Adventure clear in the same battle.
