I think he was just joking Solid, you know, like saying people from Massachusetts have a New English accent, and Brits have bad teeth, it can be offending, but you know, it's just a joke.

I didn't mean to cause any offense. I just find it odd that a company in Texas (Or a Texas-based firm? I dunno) would sue a massive company like Nintendo and win.

No, Solid I think he means that, it's hard to believe that a company in a state with less big cities sued a MONSTER of a company like Nintendo, but it would be MORE likely if it was from a town like NYC, Chicago, or L.A with HUNDREDS of fricken, genius lawyers.
