This will now serve primarily as the kidnapping/ recruiting station, the new hitlist is in a new thread.

(old)Hitlist:
1. FREAKIN SAKURAI!
2. SolidSnake08 and The Rebel Alliance
3. Any Japanese Brawl-owners
4. France
5. French Canada (Quebec)
6. ~~Anyone with the names, Frank, Eunice, or Bertha.....or george w bush~~

I think ill start a mini rp typed thing for assasinations
Itll be 6 parts, one for each target, ill start it next week-ish cus ive got midterms

Kidnap list:

individuals on the kidnap list have received invitations to join the ASNAS and have not responded within the given slot of time. Now they will be kidnapped and held in a cell until they agree to join the force. Individuals who sign up can send a pm to these members, or any other who they think should join, telling them that they have been kidnapped.
