it doesn't take that long to EV train a pokemon... plus, why did you EV train electivire's special attack while it's attacks are nothing but physical? O.o And, some of those moves are only available as egg moves that have to be passed down
Anyways, update: Rotom is 31 Special attack, 30 Speed, I'm training it now. Magikarp level 97 spotted, level 7 rotom owned it. Got my Azelf's Moveset, justr leveling rotom to take on the battle tower, then maybe I'll work on drofblim.

Oh yeah, and I only got some of those moves by taking a heartscale to the move tutor and he let them re-learn those.  I need opinions though... is this team any good? |

I say your teams great cell. But can 6 EV's really change a stat much?
Right now i'm just making random teams and EV training some hacked pokemon. I just get a lv. 1 whatever pokemon i want (probably shiny too) and EV train them against pokemon that give you 3 EV's at a time. It shortens the work.

Not really, but hell. A little more on another stat won't hurt. XD
And I finished EV training my Empoleon. ;D Now 5 more to go.

speaking of empoleons i had a maxed out neutral nature stat one somewhere...where are you? during my hacking adventure i caught one of the Elite Four's pokemon and got a bad egg  I turned it off immediately and almost had a heart attack lol. Lucikly I have all of the Power Items that raise EV points obtained. It makes the effort much quicker. 5 HP EV Points per killed Bidoof or 5 SpAtk EV Points per killed Gastly. It's so easy! ^_^

Yeah, get the Power items they sell at the Battle Frontier for BP. They help boost EVs for an individual stat.
- Power Weight: Gives you more HP EVs than usual
- Power Bracer: Gives you more Attack EVs than usual
- Power Belt: Gives you more Defense EVs than usual
- Power Lens: Gives you more Sp. Attack EVs than usual
- Power Band: Gives you more Sp. Defense EVs than usual
- Power Anklet: Gives you more Speed EVs than usual
Each add 4 EVs to whatever amount you get.
