NOTE: To avoid this from seeming like a method of quick personal gain, please put this suggestion up for consideration AFTER 2/14/09.Here's a cool little suggestion to say happy birthday to some of our more trusted members that have been active for awhile. And by trusted member i mean: - Being Active
- trustworthy
- being a member for at least 3-5 months
So here it is. For our more trusted members they receive a gift to make a special birthday rule or request that all must abide to for 24 Hours. However there are limits to what can and cant be asked for. Good: Can i get a new smiley for myself on the Cbox? Bad: Can I be made a cbox mod/PO/WF/CH/Admin for the day? I think this is a great way to show thanks to our more dedicated members of this site and show them we care. Consider it please?

i actually like this... i'm shocked at myself that i do XD
This is also a good way to get some ideas flowing.... if the idea sucks then it can just be for that one day..... if the idea is good we can vote on/keep it

If we decide that this is the way to go i think there needs to be some thread or SOMETHING for people to sign up for it? I for one don't want to have to look ahead at the calendar and send PMs to everyone who has a b-day.... If you want it... sign up in that thread so we KNOW when it is..

Good idea. They can post when their birthday is and state their request. And just to insure they're not just messing around when their Bday is (like if it dont show) a mod should have to be able to confirm that the birthday is when they say it is or its a no go.
