If someone dies in say RP3 do they come back to lie in RP4 (assuming there will be one)

uhhh, that all depends on whether you want them to. If someone is dead in rp3, they dont just come back for rp4 without explanation. If you want to kill a character, you need some sort of crazy come-back-to-life scheme to get them back. Since rp4 takes place almost directly after rp3, characters cannot jsut return.
