I suggest that the CLANS section be divided into three sections.
The main CLANS page being concerned with clan activity; clan wars, tournaments, ect.
Then add two sub-boards at the top of the CLANS page. One for Brawl Clans and one for Other Clans. That way it's easier to peruse the list of clans and to communicate both within and between them.
